The modern furnished Villa RA is ideal for a family vacation, but also for guests who want to relax and enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This exquisite house is modern, comfortable and full of light. The downstairs open space has a large mezzanine, fireplace and a big table perfect for eating dinner all together.

The house is perfect for 8 to 13 people and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sauna, underfloor heating throughout the house.

The house is ideal for a group of friends as well as for families with children. For the youngest guests we have prepared a wooden baby crib, a room with 2 bunk beds, where they will find blocks, puzzles, toys. We also have children's accessories: 2 high chairs, platform, potty, toilet seat, bathtub, colorful plates and cutlery.

The place is ideal for relaxation, the garden is very large, has 2000m2, the area is very peaceful, from the terrace you can see meadows and fields, where deer run, cranes walk, storks fly. The nearest beach is 3,5 km away. In addition, we have 4 bicycles to rent, which can take you to the European Bison Reserve or nearby seaside resorts.

Our Villa is located in Kołczewo, a very quiet place in Poland on the Wolin Island. The village where Villa RA is located is only 3.5 km from the Baltic coast. The nearby beaches make an exceptionally quiet rest and fantastic views! Almost directly in front of the door there is the Kołczewo Lake, from where you can cycle to the Bison Reserve. Just 1.5 kilometers from the villa is the internationally renowned golf club Amber Baltic. The Woliner National Park starts 3km from the house.

tolles Haus für den Familienurlaub
das Haus liegt wunderschön ruhig gelegen am Rand eines Naturschutzgebietes, in dem man abends den Froschkonzerten auf der Terrasse lauschen kann. Die Spielgeräte im Garten waren toll für die Kids. Innen war alles super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und das Kinderzimmer hielt zu unserer Überraschung viele hochwertige Spielsachen bereit. Die Kommunikation mit Aleksandra war außerordentlich gut, schnelle Antworten und einfach super nett. Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen, wenn die Zuwegung dann auch noch besser ist. Momentan ist es sehr schlecht, viele Schlaglöcher, sehr viel Matsch.

Es ist ein Traumhaus. Die Ausstattung, Lage und Aussicht sind fantastisch. Der einzige Makel ist die"Straße " zum Objekt ......am besten mit einem sehr hohen Wagen zu bewältigen.

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten
Wir haben den Aufenhalt in einer größeren Gruppe (6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß mit genügend Schlafzimmer und Bäder für alle. Der Garten ist schön groß wo die Kinder ordentlich toben konnte. Schade das das Trampolin bei uns noch nicht aufgebaut war. Einzig die Zufahrt ist sehr abenteuerlich. Zum Teil sehr tiefe Schlaglöcher, wo man regelmäßig aufsetzen kann. Zum Glück hatten wir kein Regen, dann wären wir unter Umständen auch noch irgendwo auf dem Weg stecken geblieben.

Tolles Haus
Wir hatten ein tolles Weihnachten und schönen Familienurlaub in dem Haus. Es wurde sogar ein Weihnachtsbaum aufgestellt. Das Haus ist super sauber gewesen und war super ausgestattet. Lediglich die Zufahrt war aufgrund der fehlenden befestigten Straße im Winter etwas beschwerlich.

Wunderschöne Villa im Grünen
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Bei der Bewertung muss man ganz klar die Villa selbst und die Umgebung trennen. Die Villa selbst hat 5 Sterne verdient. Der Schlüssel war bei unserer Ankunft hinterlegt und die Villa super sauber und schön hergerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren inklusive und die Eigentümerin immer zuverlässig zu erreichen. Es stand Holz für den Ofen bereit und auch sonst war die Ausstattung sehr gut. Das Kinderzimmer hat massig Spielzeug und kam sehr gut an bei meinen Kindern. Der Garten mit dem Spielplatz und der großzügigen Terrasse waren perfekt. Auf die Stellplätze passten unsere 4 Autos. Die Umgebung bekommt weniger Sterne. Man muss einfach vorher wissen, dass die Villa mitten auf einem neu erschlossenem Feld ohne befestigte Straße steht. Wir sind bei der Anreise im Matsch stecken geblieben und hatten auch sonst immer eine schwierige Hin- und Herfahrt durch Schlamm und riesige Pfützen. Außerdem ist man weit weg von allem. Zu Fuß ist eigentlich nichts zu erreichen. Aber dafür ist man mitten in der Natur und hat sehr viel Ruhe mit wunderbaren Sonnenauf- und Untergängen. Man ist ungestört und stört wiederum auch niemanden. Das war wirklich angenehm.

Wunderschönes Haus
Kommunikation mit der Gasrgeberin war super, ein tolles und sauberes Haus bei dem es an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Sauna ist super und der Garten richtig groß und gepflegt. Den Kindern hat es richtig gut gefallen, im Kinderzimmer war viel Spielzeug und Kuscheltiere vorhanden. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die holprige Zufahrt zum Haus. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder, der nächste Urlaub in diesem Haus ist schon geplant.

Tolle Unterkunft
Ein sehr schönes Haus, dessen Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt. Top gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und viel Platz. Gleiches gilt für das große Grundstück. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Radzig war problemlos und angenehm. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!
