The Space
The apartment has 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom sleeps 2 people, air conditioning, and a private en suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 each sleep 1 person, have a fan, and share a bathroom.

The pool is open Friday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On Mondays and holidays, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Guest Access
Guests have access to all areas of the apartment; however, additional bedrooms will be available based on the number of people included in the reservation.

The reservation for the apartment, which accommodates 2 people, is for the master bedroom only, i.e., with a double bed.

After confirming their reservation, all guests must provide their
identification document, either a national ID card or a passport (this information must be sent to the host either by email or right here in the app). This is to comply with Colombian Regulation No. 409 of March 23, 2022.

- Smoking is not permitted inside the
apartment.
- Alcohol consumption is not permitted inside the
apartment.
- No parties or noisy gatherings are allowed.

- Out of respect for the neighbors, please keep the volume down
after 9:00 p.m.
- Use the air conditioner
responsibly. Turn it off if you’re going out.
- Leave the dishes clean if you cook.
- Dispose of trash in the trash room
located right next to the entrance to the
apartment.
🚗 Parking Information
The complex has visitor parking spaces located outside. It is also possible to park on the street in front of the complex, where spaces are usually available.
The apartment window overlooks the outdoor parking area, providing greater peace of mind and allowing you to keep an eye on your vehicle.
The area is residential, quiet, and safe. 🙌
⚠️ Important: Vehicles must go through a pre-approval process with management to enter the complex’s internal car park, so we recommend using the outdoor parking options for your convenience.

regarding unauthorised parties, illegal activities,
or the entry of unregistered individuals.
