Esta área dispone de gran cantidad de comercios, establecimientos gastronómicos, salas de juego, cines, teatros, casino y zona bancaria, transformándose de circulación exclusivamente Peatonal en Temporada Alta.
A metros de la Torre, se encuentra el Paseo de Los Artesanos, con diversos expositores, donde se destacan tallas en madera, cerámica, platería etc.
