Quiet oasis of wellbeing near the lake

Nice separate apartment in architect villa. The location is very central and most attractions are within walking distance (e.g. lido in 10min, city center 15min, waterfront 10min, city train station 8min). The apartment is on the ground floor with its own terrace, the bedroom is furnished with a 1.80m wide double bed, in the living room two additional people can sleep if necessary. A children's travel bed is available for very young guests. In addition to a shower, the bathroom has a bathtub. Shops can be easily reached on foot (several bakeries and supermarkets (Rewe / Norma)). There are two parking spaces right next to the house. Friedrichshafen offers many sports opportunities, from water sports to mountain sports (Vorarlberg 45min drive). In winter you can be in the most beautiful ski areas of Vorarlberg in about 1 hour.

Im Schlafzimmer waren Spinnenweben mit Spinnen, das Bad aus den 70er Jahren, die Dusche war eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang der ständig am Körper klebte. Die Couch durchgesessen, man sitzt auf dem harten Unterbau. Von einer Premium Wohnung sind wir weit entfernt, der Preis war nicht gerechtfertigt.

Danke für das schöne Wohnen!

Eine gemütliche und saubere Wohnung auch für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Die Nutzung der Terasse ist im Sommer das i-Tüpfelchen, nicht nur für die Kleinen. Wir durften auch die Spielgeräte der Gastgeberkinder bespielen. Uns hat es während unserer Ferienwoche an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Friedrichshafen und auch die gemeinsamen Gespräche!

Eine gut aufgeteilte Wohnung,ideal zu zweit. Die Lage ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Etwas eingeschränkt ist die Nutzung des Aussenbereichs,da der Garten nur nach Absprache zur Verfügung steht. Ein gemütlicher Liegestuhl auf der Terrasse fehlt. Trotz der Lage an der Straße recht ruhig und erholsam. Sehr freundliche und nette Vermieter.

Für Familien geeignet

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber, das einzige was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat ist : es ist sehr hellhörig man hört das laufen und Stühle verschieben von der oberen Wohnung. Und auf der Terrasse sitzt man wie auf einem Präsentierteller da sie zum Garten offen ist der den Eigentümern gehört und natürlich auch benutzt wird.

Geräumige, saubere Wohnung

Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt, ruhig, Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen auf der Terrasse, Sonnenschirm, Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Sofas etwas unbequem, viele Möglichkeiten Sachen abzulegen oder zu verstauen, in der Küche fehlten nur ein paar Sachen wie Kuchengabeln, Mixer, Mikrowelle u.a... Super Pluspunkt: Sodastreamer. Großer Schrank im Schlafzimmer, Bett ok, überall Rollläden vor den Fenstern und Fliegengitter vor der Terrassentür. Die Handtücher sind top. Fenster im Bad. Lage: etwas außerhalb, aber trotzdem alles fußläufig erreichbar, zum See ca. 10-15 Minuten. Wir würden wieder kommen...

Die Bodensee-Region ist wunderschön und sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für eine Woche Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Leider muss ich ehrlicherweise erwähnen, daß es in unserer Wohnung wirklich laut war und uns gestört hat. Der Grund war die Hellhörigkeit im Haus. Wir haben selbst Kinder und mögen Kinder, aber nicht bis 23 Uhr durch die Wohnung laufend. Das ist schade. Und im Urlaub möchte man in seiner Unterkunft etwas Ruhe genießen.
