The Cabanon from the Pas du Loup

From June 2020, we suggest you rent a 21m² studio on the ground floor, in the Pas du Loup district, at the La Barque roundabout, in La Seyne sur Mer.
We have completely renovated this little cocoon, to offer you a cozy, practical, modern and fully equipped accommodation. Indeed, you will find all the necessary equipment for your comfort in the kitchen, bathroom and living room, as well as WiFi and air conditioning ...
Our studio is ideally located in the Pas du Loup district: A stone's throw away you will find: pharmacy, newsagent, bar-restaurant, bakery, butcher, intermarket, pizzeria, hairdresser, grocery store ...
The large sandy beach of Sablettes is 15 minutes on foot, flat road, and the other beaches of Fabregas, Mar Vivo, La Verne, etc ... are only a few minutes away.
The network of bus (line 81 Langevin - Le Mai / Fabrégas stops "the transformer") and of maritime shuttle to join Toulon or the city center of La Seyne is nearby. If you arrive by car, there is always a free space in the small parking lot at the roundabout.
The studio is located on the ground floor, so it can be easily accessible for people who have difficulty walking or climbing stairs. However, access is not provided for a wheelchair.

appartement bien équipé le seul inconvénient c est qu' il n y a pas de place de parking accueil chaleureux avec la propriétaire je recommande cette location car l endroit est magnifique les gens de la haute Picardie
