  • The elegant Villa Capricorn is located on the eastern side of the Aries Villas collection offering a unique circular swimming pool with an extensive deck, creating a stunning environment for recreation and pleasure.
    Situated over three levels, Villa Capricorn boasts an impressive living room with a veranda and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, making the most of the spectacular views of the boundless blue of the Aegean Sea and all its serenity and peace. The upper level includes three spacious and bright bedrooms, one with an en-suite, along with a large family bathroom. The lower level comprises another two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a second fully equipped kitchen with its own private entrance.

    The interior design of this villa is sophisticated yet rustic, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I’ll make it easy for you. If you don’t stay here you won’t know what you’re missing. Evan and his family are amazing people and hosts. This was mine and my husband’s 8th trip to Greece, always staying in different locations. Several family members joined us. Housekeepers came every day to mop the beautiful floors, fix our beds, empty garbage, etc. Outdoor breakfast offered every morning from 8-10am. The house is very comfortable, roomy, and has a well-appointed kitchen. We found it funny that most places we wanted to visit were either 7, 8, or 9 minutes from the house. The airport is about 6 minutes. The view is outstanding. The island of Skopelos is just a ferry ride away. The outdoor space is beautiful with a dining table and multiple chaise lounges and umbrellas around the pool. Every bedroom has access to an outdoor space. A free ride into town or the airport is offered by the hosts. There is always a sea breeze which made our June stay very comfortable. If we had any issues, they were immediately addressed. Highly, highly recommend.
