Staff were extremely friendly, they upgraded us to a nicer room, helped us out with renting bikes. Hotel room was lovely with some interesting DIY, but very clean and suitable for anyone. The area is amazing, with most basic amenities available within walking distance.

Our stay here was very nice, the perfect view of the lake and castle especially with a lake view room. Definietly worth paying extra for one of those rooms. It is a beautiful friendly town, however you have to be comfortable walking on roads as there are no real sidewalks.
