"I really enjoyed my stay here - hotel room was very clean, and service was excellent. Breakfast was great, definitely a step up from complimentary breakfasts at other hotels; I particularly appreciated the fresh cut fruit. Appreciated the complimentary appetizers/drinks for happy hour. The negatives were that no drinking water was provided in the room, in the gym or even in the lobby, and both of the hotel rooms next to my room (on both sides!) had dogs that would start barking around 6:30am (I was awake at this time so it didn't wake me up, but I would have been very frustrated if the barking had woken me up). The hotel should have patrons with dogs stay in a separate part of the hotel, especially in a hotel that seems to be geared towards business travelers. "

"I thought the neighborhood was gorgeous and safe. It was a little tricky getting to the entrance but all in all it was a very nice place. The beds were so comfy that I could look past the noise from upstairs. "

"The only positive aspect of this stay was the quiet neighborhood and its proximity to the venue I needed to be at. Unfortunately, the overall experience was quite poor.Just a few hours before check-in, I was informed that the pin pad on the front door wasn’t working properly. The door could only be locked from the inside, which meant we had to leave it unlocked whenever we went out. I immediately expressed to the host that I didn’t feel safe leaving our belongings unsecured, and his only suggestion was to either take everything with us or lock items in a bedroom with a standard interior lock — not a reasonable solution for a paying guest. I requested a refund due to this major security concern, but the host ignored my message, and VRBO stated it was too late to cancel. However, if I had been informed of the door issue earlier, I would have cancelled right away.Because of this, I delayed check-in by almost three hours out of hesitation. During our stay, we had to lock our valuables in the car whenever we left the house — completely unacceptable.The listing also stated to keep noise down, which we did, but there was a dog constantly barking throughout our stay. I reported it to the host and even sent a recording, but received no response and the barking continued.Cleanliness was also lacking. The bathroom was dated, with cracked tiles, trash still in the bathroom bin, and holes in the wall. Clearly, a party had occurred recently because of the decor left."

"Our stay at this home in Odenton was for just short of three weeks and met our every expectation. It was exactly as advertised, beautiful, spacious, peaceful, and quite comfortable. It is close to shopping and restaurants in Waugh Chapel and Crofton, as well as accessible to Bowie. Our host, Coco definitely took the time to consider any possible needs of her guests and responds quickly to any inquiries. They are both welcoming and accommodating, treating their guests as family. It was truly a pleasure spending time there."
