"We had the most wonderful 3-night stay at this beautifully updated property. Traveling with 4 kids can sometimes be challenging when it comes to finding a place where everyone has something to enjoy, but this house was absolutely perfect! Being right on the water made the stay so much fun. The kids loved kayaking, canoeing, fishing & loved floating on the floats in the water! We spent nights around the fire pit making smores, laughing & making the best memories together. It was truly a little family adventure right outside our door. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the home was welcoming with stunning views! We loved this home so much & can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this excellent get away. The host was very responsive within minutes with answers to our questions."
Maine Cabin on Beautiful, Quiet Lake....Close to Ocean

"This is our third year coming back to this lovely camp. I’m happy to bring this Maine lake experience to my daughter and granddaughter. We had an amazing time- swimming, down by the firepit, we brought a hammock and enjoyed relaxing by the water, picking blueberries and then some time by the coast. Perfect. Not fancy but homey and all you need."

"The photos did not prepare us for what we found when we entered the property. The great room was perfect for our needs with three kids 3 and younger. Close the doors and it became a massive playroom. Seating was sufficient for the adults although another chair or two would have helped. TV was large and with our four families we had access to all of the streaming services allowing our World Cup fanatics be as happy as Wimbledon fans and kids watching Paw Patrol. The kitchen was large with more seating than our group of 12 needed. We have vacationed together for years and no kitchen can top this with cups, plates and kitchen appliances and tools. The pool and hot tub got plenty of use by all including 13 year old grandson working on his dives, 3 year old swimming with his muscles float and 18 month old twins with their first experience. Bedrooms were good size especially the master suite. Bathrooms were shared without issues. Plenty of outdoor space and even a pond with a couple of kayaks although we didn’t take advantage. Over the course of the week we had a few minor issues and messaged regarding those issues. Not only was the response very quick and positive but three different people were sent to the house to take care of the issues. I was very impressed. There was a great supermarket less than a mile from the house and Shaines was an excellent ice cream shop. We traveled to Ogunqit, Wells, Kennebunkport and Old Orchard Beach easily. Highly recommended this house."
Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in charming Sanford within 20 minutes to Maine beaches

"The apartment is spacious and clean. The lock system we were not familiar with and even with the instructions took us a bit to figure it out. The only negative we experienced was the heat. There is only one ac in the one bedroom that is not that strong, even with the fan on it was too hot. The one fan in the living room didn’t cool down the room either so heat was an issue. We are used to central air so it was a bit uncomfortable to be inside due to the heat."
Cottage by the Pond – The Perfect Cozy Escape!

"The cottage is very nice. The kitchen was great. We needed a place for a last minute vacation for our family of 4 and this fit the bill. The setting is quiet. We were not able to spend any time on the pond but it looked very nice. We spent most of time at Gooch Beach in Kennebunk. The travel time to the beach was the only bummer but we knew this going in and it by no way reflects anything about the cottage. Fortunately the route to Gooch Beach avoids much of the heavy traffic on Rt1 in Wells so that made it more tolerable. Making the last minute vacation plans were quite easy and checkin/checkout were a breeze. All-in-all, we had a pleasant experience."
