"The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was non smoking 🚭. Some parts of the floor was sticky. The people who were there constantly smoked Marijuana and it seep under the door. I didn't like the smell, I couldn't give a good sleep for my 7 days stay there. Rude people. Stumping on top. Heavy footsteps all night. Rowdy. I felt unsafe. I only got it because it was cheap and I was in town for work nearby. I won't recommend anyone to rent unless you don't mind the activity going on there. My overall rating will be a 4 for the staffs, 0 for the rest."

"I had pre-paid for my room. Then when I arrived I was informed that there would be $75.00 deposit to be placed on a card only. I feel that the deposit should have been stated prior to booking the room. Since the security deposit wasn't mentioned until I was on site trying to get into my room that I paid for, I found it shady. It's fine to expect a security deposit, just let it be known prior to booking the room."

"Breakfast was surprisingly well stocked with plenty of options and "extra" touches like their waffle bar having quite a variety of toppings to choose from, Also offered multiple protein and non-dairy options. Room was clean, well stocked and bedding/bed extremely comfortable. I have spent more nights in hotel rooms over the last 2 months than in my own bed and this bed by far has been the most comfortable. Kitchen area well stocked and very clean. Pool warmer than most hotels in the winter time. Check in was fast, and very informative."

"Our stay was overall pretty mediocre. The room itself was spacious, which we appreciated, and the lobby was inviting with a welcoming staff. The pool area, however, was a big downside. It felt dingy and not very comfortable, especially as a parent who spends a lot of time in pool areas. There were only a handful of chairs, and it would really benefit from having tables and maybe a few loungers. My biggest concern was that non-guests were clearly using the pool. While we were there, multiple people came to the outside door and knocked to be let in. A guest inside kept letting them in, and they came in with bags and used the bathrooms to change. At one point, there were easily an additional 15–20 kids in the pool area, which made it overcrowded and frustrating. On a positive note, the included breakfast was great- especially the omelette station, which was a nice touch."
