"After returning to the room on the evening of check-in, I found water on the bathroom floor. I traced it to a leak from the sink. I reported it to the front and asked to be relocated, but there were no other rooms available. Thus, I cleaned the floor myself and put a trash can under the sink to collect the water. I also found that the fill valve in the toilet tank sometimes did not shut off even when the float lifted the shut-off lever as high as it could go. The water would continue to run into the overflow tube, eventually stopping for no apparent reason after 30 or more minutes had passed."

"I made a reservation on hotels at 11:30pm on a Saturday and went to check in and was told she gave the last room out few mins prior. I was told she didn’t see my payment and couldn’t give me a room, told me I needed to disput with my bank and didn’t offer any kind of refund! Terrible service, hotels.com was nice enough to offer a refund but this hotel sucks and the overnight check in staff!"

"The room was very musky smelling and furniture was very out dated and old. The door on our bathroom had severe water damage to it. Will not be staying here again! "

"The AC unit was so loud. It sounded like a washing machine on spin mode and difficult trying to fall asleep. Hair was on the sheets in different areas. Overall ok but won't be back. "
