"Christina was an amazing host, very communicative and friendly and helpful and very accommodating with some of the requests we had. The home is lovely very well furnished and comfortable and appreciated our stay there."

"HORRIBLE HOST! We arrived at 4 pm to cleaning lady. She said dryer is broken it will take all night to dry sheets and blankets. 6:30pm we asked if we can get in we said we would finish laundry. Once we entered the property water was pouring out of AC closet. This water has been leaking for a long time without the host addressing it. I found a waterline shooting water in the closet. The closet, closet door, hall floor and garage ceiling is damaged. It wouldn’t doubt mold growth in the walls and floor. Called host they instructed us to turn off AC and they will send maintenance. I placed the leaking hose in the AC condensation line to mitigate the flooding. The maintenance man was on his way late at night I told him that I put the waterline in the condensation line and turned off AC no more leaking and made arrangements with him to repair in the morning. My wife began to finish the soiled bedding for all beds but dryer not working. There was also no laundry soap so we ran a purchased cleaning supplies and laundry soap. 9:00pm the dryer still not drying the load the cleaning lady started. We started traveling at 4:30 am on Sunday morning. We decided we couldn’t wait for the bedding so we had to purchase 3 sets of bedding so we can sleep. The next morning my wife got in the master bath shower the drain was clogged. I called the host to report the issues and request reimbursement and waive cleaning fees. He was rude and yelled when I asked to talk to supervisor. HE HUNG UP ON. "

"Property wasn’t really that clean and it smelled like a wet dog. Found an old press in nail and earring in the living room floor, Back patio area was littered with trashed and a landfill of dog poop, very unacceptable and unprofessional.Towels and wash clothes looked more like old version that would be used to clean the house than to have for guest use. There was lack of cooking utensils had to go out and buy our own. Property was advertised as 6 guests but only provided 5 towels. The upstairs neighbors have little kids and is very loud late night and early morning with heavy running through thin ceiling. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest and a bit seedy but didn’t have any issues or conflicts. Overall it is not worth the prices, especially when so much money is allocated towards cleaning fee and it doesn’t appear to be utilized properly."

"I really wanted to like this property. Unfortunately it wasn't very clean, the couch has stains there's cobwebs, the corners are all dirty and the baseboards. The fancy shower doesn't function really in the fancy way it's just a standard shower none of the extra shower heads work there's knobs missing and levers so try to get it to even change the temperature is extremely difficult. I emailed the host twice before the day we arrived if there was an iron and an ironing board available and I got no response. There's an iron there's no ironing board and the iron leaks. The bathroom was just covered in like hard water stains on everything even the mirror wasn't clean enough to see your reflection without getting a towel and really having to polish it. And the house is tiny like maybe 800 square feet the pictures make it look bigger. That didn't bother me as much it's not that big of a deal. And you can tell that all of the work that was done to upgrade this house was most likely not done by a licensed contractor but someone who calls himself a handyman and then takes sloppy shortcuts. And it's part of a duplex and there's no yard that's functional."

"While I respect the fact that the home owner is religious, if you are not religious, you might find the decorative religious pieces offensive. Children's toys are usually put out of sight. "
