On the main floor you will find a king bedroom. Upstairs you find a second king bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds. All bedrooms are ensuite with shower and linen closet.

Cozy up near the fireplace, stream your favorite shows on Roku, or enjoy slow mornings with coffee overlooking the river. Getting around Boyne City is simple and convenient from RIVERSBYE. The home’s central location puts you just one block from downtown, where restaurants, shops, bars, and the waterfront are all easily walkable within 1–2 blocks. Many guests choose to park once and explore the entire downtown area on foot. For longer trips, Lake Charlevoix is only a few blocks away and Boyne Mountain is just a 7-minute drive. Ride-share services are typically available in the area, and local taxi options can be used for evening outings or trips to nearby towns. Whether you’re staying local or exploring Northern Michigan, everything you need is just a short walk or drive away.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

We would love it if you could remove your shoes when entering the home.
Absolutely no pets, no smoking or parties are allowed. Only 6 occupants can occupy the property during any rental. Rentee must be staying on premise during the whole booking and must be at least 25 years old.

Guests are supplied with a starter set of the following: coffee, filters, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, bathroom trash bags, and laundry soap in some properties that have in unit laundry. If you run out during your stay there is a local grocery store where you can purchase more.
