    The home sleeps 6-7 guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway in Northern Michigan. Relax on the covered front porch with rocking chairs and watch the neighborhood go by, or enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished sunporch off the main bedroom – a cozy spot to unwind during spring, summer, and fall. The private driveway provides easy parking, and the small backyard gives kids room to play. Step out the front door to tree-lined sidewalks for an easy stroll into town.
    You're minutes from Lake Charlevoix's beaches and marinas in summer, and a short drive to Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay. Downtown Boyne City is an easy walk away, with local restaurants, shops, and the farmers' market all nearby.

Wonderful clean property! A charming and quaint home with soft beds and an open layout. Guest bathroom is tight for adult use. Fantastic location within walking distance to downtown!
