This home is near the top of Boyne Mountain. It is nestled within a serene setting with Ski-In and Ski-Out and cross-country ski trails available from the home. The home is embedded within two golf courses.

This beautiful modern-rustic home is located within the exclusive gated Edelweiss community, and is able to accommodate up to 16 adults.

 The owners have spared no expense when designing and building this amazing property which provides direct access to the slopes out the back door. Guests have said this is the best Ski In/ Ski Out home they have ever vacationed in!

 Enjoy this home's open floor plan that allows everyone to gather comfortably while enjoying a warm cozy fire, or sitting in the beautiful custom kitchen and dining nook that accommodates 16+ seating for guests. The kitchen contains granite countertops and high end stainless steel appliances. Guests can utilize the custom built ski room, that is adjacent to a half bath and a full washer and dryer. The house sleeps 16 adults, which includes 5 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms and 2 Half Bathrooms in total.

 This home boasts a spacious master with king bed and en suite bathroom and walk in closet on the main level of the home.


The lower level hosts another living area with a wet bar, beverage refrigerator, big screen TV, large sectional, Foosball, and a table where you can play cards and board games. There is plenty of space for everyone to unwind and relax.

Enjoy extensive outdoor living areas including a sprawling deck with a fireplace, a screened in porch, and a fire pit for campfires and roasting marshmallows - all with beautiful scenic views.

Guests can easily access the Boyne Mountain Resort where there are a vast array of fun activities, restaurants, and the new Sky Bridge, which touts the world's longest timber-towered suspension bridge. Note: The Skybridge is at the top of the mountain and is 5 minute walk from the house. There are also great walking trails in the summer on the mountain as well.

Boyne offers a free shuttle for guests to their attractions, such as the Avalanche Waterpark, Pickle Ball/Tennis courts, Adventure Center (i.e., zip lining, paint ball, etc.), Horseback Riding, Deer Lake Beach, Boyne Spa, and their restaurants. The shuttle is available for you during your stay.

Wifi is free at the house. The house includes a Keurig, coffee pot, toaster, blender, dishes for more than 16 people, cutting board, pots, pans, crock-pot, utensils, ice-maker within the refrigerator, outdoor grill and more.
