Stay right on Boyne property near the Boyneland in this wonderful condo. Enjoy taking a ski break and sitting by the fire or eating a bowl of chili. With only a two minute ski walk to the Boyneland lift, you will want to come every weekend.

With kids and grandparents this condo provides plenty of room for a true vacation. Everyone has enough place to relax and ski. The kids can take themselves to the slopes, walk to Avalanche Bay, and even run and bike down the mountain. No car is needed when you are this close to everything. If someone wants to sleep in they can just meet us on the hill.

This condo is an easy flat walk to Avalanche Bay, the Boyne Village, and to the slopes.

Use this home as your base for summer activities with Lake Charlevoix only 10 minutes away, Walloon 11 minutes, and Deer Lake is 4 minutes around the corner . Enjoy the brand new 6.5 mile paved bike trail to Boyne City. This region features fantastic bike trails, superb fishing, sandy beaches, and unique shops in Boyne City.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway!

I’d rank our stay as a 10/10! The home was spacious yet cozy and is exactly as pictured. The host was extremely communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. We were shocked at the convenient proximity to the mountain and resort and would definitely stay here again!

Independence Day holiday weekend stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Boyne Mountain condo and appreciated the complete and timely communication from our host, Mary. The location was ideal for our family gathering in Boyne City and the views from the condo are peaceful.

Great location and great host!!!!

Everything was perfect and exactly as described! We had a snow storm while there (great for skiing), the host actively reached out, made sure we had emergency supplies in the event we needed them, and had all contact information should we need any further information. Location was PERFECT, we would definitely stay here again!

We are a family of 6 and this was great! The property manager made sure our stay was comfortable. The place had games available fir us to play with our kids. It was very close to the slopes! Comfortable furniture and setup!

Great Location

This was the perfect central location we were looking for. We had 6 adults and one 3 year old. Plenty of room for all of us. Sky Bridge, zip line, golf, and Deer lake beach are definitely a must!

Relaxing stay

We had a great time here! The pool was heated and a great spot to sit and play cards. Plenty of room, very convenient to have a washer and dryer. We had young children with us and they loved every minute! We took a day trip to mackinac island, and also spent a couple hours at Peninsula beach in boyne city. Beautiful beach on lake charlevoix and perfect for kids! Would stay here again!

Nice condo close to Main Lodge

We went to Boyne to see the fall colors. The condo was nice and comfortably slept 10 adults. Just a few minute walk to the lifts at Boyne Mountain. Mary kept in contact to make sure we were able to get in without any issues and to see if there was anything else we needed. I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Boyne area.

We brought our 3 young adult boys and 2 "plus ones". The condo had ample sleeping space for all! The living area was sufficient to hang out and all essentials were provided. We had imperfect weather but really enjoyed some family time and the area has lots to offer - all year long!

Very nice. Plenty of sleeping space. Good location to day excursions. Kitchen was pretty small and main travel in and out of the condo. Lock on door did not work. Closet door slipped off track a few times.

Hostess with the Most-est

Property was located close to all local attractions. The unit was sparkly clean and had everything we needed. There were games, books, disc golf and pickleball equipment, as well as a beautiful view from the back deck. Very peaceful. The gate code kept changing which was beyond the control of the host. However, it was a slight inconvenience.

Great spot at Boyne Mountain

Our trip was short and sweet, but we made the most of our time! It rained most of the trip but that didn’t slow us down. We lived it up at the water park, played games at the condo, got coffee at the resort and won big at the arcade. The condo itself is cozy and comfortable. The stairs are steep but we didn’t need the loft so we easily blocked it off with a bench to protect the littles. Plenty of towels and linens. COMFY BEDS!! We struggled to find the condo, no fault of the owner, but she was quick to respond and we got right in. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Truly a home away from home!

Super Clean Perfect Location

Mary was a perfect host! The property was exactly as pictured and had everything you need for a week stay or much longer. The location is perfect and had all the amenities we were looking for. Super clean, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of towels for the 8 of us, lots of game boards & books, tv in every room, plenty of parking right outside the door, beautiful outdoor/porch area. The entire condo was spotless!!! The pool is less than a minute walk from the condo. The only thing to be mindful of is that the water heater & AC may be noisy at night and if the TV isn’t on it may bother you. Overall perfect host, perfect location, perfect stay! We would certainly be back!

Needs some TLC

The host is wonderful and location is prime, but the place was less than impressive. Could use some loving and more attention to broken lights, handles and cleanliness. The furnace is also incredibly loud, like an airplane taking off. It woke up my kids each time it turned on. Also important to note that if you plan on cooking meals, you should bring your own cooking utensils and a pop up table since there’s no counter space to prep anything or pantry/cabinet to put any food in. All in all, we would not rent again for the price.

Ski Trip

We had two families stay in the condo with 4 adults and 5 children (4,8,9,10,11). 3 bedrooms was perfect with couples each having a room, 2 girls in one room and the three boys in the loft. You are about 125 yards to the lift so if you have a little child bring a sled and you can pull them to the slopes. That is what we do with our 4-year old. The host Mary is great and will help out however she can. This is our second year and we love this condo. Our only complaint this year is the snow....we wanted more!!
