"The main room was very cozy and we loved the fireplace! The bathroom was a bit dated and mildew was visible on the ceiling and around the edges of the shower. Otherwise the space was very clean and the communication was quick, clear, and very helpful!"

"Three families - 5 kids 6 adults - stayed here for a soccer tournament in Petoskey. The instructions for check-in/check-out/other information were clear and easy to follow. The kids fit comfortably in the bunk beds, and enjoyed all the board games and game room. The adults took the 2 bedrooms and the loft. Plenty of space in the 2 bedrooms, with a full bathroom in each. The kitchen contained all of the dishware, eating utensils, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies that were needed. Close proximity to Boyne Mountain Resort (short walk), affords all of the food and entertainment options located there. All-in-all, a wonderful stay and would recommend for any 10-12 person group with kids."
