Enjoy the summer and mountain views in this comfortably furnished 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home. The house was built in 2018 and has been occupied by the same couple since and has been kept in immaculate condition. This outdoor professional couple has brought the beauty of the outdoors to their home, come experience all the amazing outdoor recreation and city amenities that Bozeman has to offer. The house is in an excellent centralized location with top- grade landscaping and privacy fence with local trail system and parks just a few blocks away. Come enjoy the organic cotton sheets and Pendleton bedding.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off the heat and fan if you have it on, thermostat to the “OFF” mode so nothing is running. Make sure no water is running. Turn off all lights inside and out.
Make sure all the windows are fully shut and locked. Lock the back door knob. Lock the digital deadbolt.
Dishes: please make sure all dishes are fully cleaned at time of checkout or at least in the dishwasher turned on. Bedding & Towels: you can leave all dirty laundry in place, we will take care of it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location!

This home is beautiful and conveniently located for us while visiting. The layout worked well for our family of 6 and made us feel like we were home for the week. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals.

Making this property a Bozeman favorite!

The property is extremely clean, well maintained, and nicely stocked. The entire vacation was absolutely perfect. The host was also great at communicating although we had absolutely no issues so we didn’t need to communicate a lot. They did have a form for suggesting improvements so I believe they would address any issues quickly. It was perfect!

Exactly what we needed!!!

We were in Bozeman for a wedding, so part of the reason I chose this property was that it was centrally located for our purposes, and we could not have been happier!!! The owner touched base with me shortly after I reserved it, and provided us with some of the local attractions (I would definitely recommend the hot springs, especially at night). We also had an extra day, so we headed out to Yellowstone and were absolutely awestruck...we knew it would be beautiful, but pictures and TV just don't do it justice!!! Anyway, back to the house, it was very nice, clean, practical, and we definitely will not hesitate to stay there when we go back...thank you again Chris!!!

Lovely Home, Quiet Neighborhood

This is such a lovely, comfortable home in an almost unbelievably quiet neighborhood. The backyard is very private and is a lovely place to have coffee in the morning while listening to the birds. Although we did not use the kitchen much (Bozeman has fabulous restaurants), it is good-sized and well-appointed with nice appliances. The living room is very comfortable and the choices on the smart tv provided entertainment at the end of the day. The separate office was most useful to get a bit of work done as well. The home is very convenient to shopping and downtown, and the neighborhood is very walkable with a lovely park a couple of blocks away. The property manager was extremely responsive. We look forward to another stay.

Great House

The house was clean and as the listing stated. It's in a new little neighborhood that is quiet and easy to find. It took us about 10 minutes to get to campus from the house. The mattresses are definitely on the firm side, which I like, and the master bedroom closet is locked so we put our hanging clothes in the laundry room which is right outside the master bedroom. The garage is also locked. The house was setup very nice and we had everything we needed. Overall it was a great stay

Beautiful Bozeman

This house was perfect for our family of four(9 year old and 1.5 year old). The layout is super comfortable, the backyard is a must for sunset watching, the location is very convenient. The neighbors were really kind too.
