Welcome to my "Bozeman Getaway Guesthouse"!

Unwind in our cozy one-bedroom guest house in quiet Loyal Gardens, just 10 a minute drive from downtown Bozeman and MSU. Walk to nearby restaurants, salons, top shelf whiskey bar, and grocery store — everything you need for a peaceful, convenient stay.

This is one of STR units, separated by a new rooftop patio with grill, fire pit, etc. Meeting friends in Bozeman? Book both units with and have both shared and your own personal space! The owner resides on site in a separate unit on the main level.

This upstairs apartment includes a queen bed, a comfy couch / pullout queen size sofa in the living room, a full kitchen stocked with supplies, a bathroom with complimentary toiletries, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, and air conditioning. Other amenities include a hot tub and Level 2 EV charger (220v).

Two portable / folding desks are stored in the walk-in closet, available to set up anywhere in the apartment if you need a comfortable place to get some "work-from-home" done while you're visiting Bozeman.

Great stay

We stayed many nights for a skiing trip. There was plenty of room for all of our stuff to lay out to dry. We made breakfast every morning and they had the essentials that allowed us to pack lighter. Very cozy and relaxing. They were curtious to shovel snow in the early mornings and before we got back after a day of skiing. I would definitely stay again!

I had a very nice stay at Brad's apartment. The rooms were clean, the location was convenient (easy quick drives to downtown, grocery store, MSU, etc.), and the kitchen was really well stocked so I didn't have to buy a case of salt and pepper for a short stay. It was great to have a full-size washer and dryer too. Brad's doing some renovation so the outside stairway area is a little bit messy. He just needs to have the contractors do some clean up. I come to Bozeman a few times a year and I would definitely stay here again.
