Welcome to our cheerful, cozy 5-bedroom home, tucked into the historic Cooper Park neighborhood in the heart of Bozeman. Built in 1932, this charming home sits on a peaceful, tree-lined street surrounded by parks and green space — just a 5-minute walk from downtown and a short drive to Bridger Bowl ski area, Hyalite Canyon, the Madison River, and countless other outdoor escapes. Lovingly cared for by Erin, a Superhost, your stay is sure to be a memorable one.
What makes this home truly rare in downtown Bozeman is its versatility: it can be enjoyed as one spacious house or thoughtfully divided into two private units for added privacy. The upstairs and downstairs each have their own private entrance, yet remain connected by an interior staircase — making it ideal for large groups of friends or multiple families traveling together. Each floor features its own bedrooms (two upstairs, three downstairs), a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a full living room. You truly won't find another home like it in downtown Bozeman.
The location is just as special. Cooper Park and the nearby nature trails are right down the street, offering a peaceful retreat just steps from the heart of town.
Guests will have access to the entire house, including the front yard, backyard, and driveway and parking area.
A note about the property: This listing is a private home with its own private entrance, so you won't be sharing it with other guests. However, additional units on the property may be rented to other guests during your stay. The yard is the only shared space.
Pet Policy: Dogs are warmly welcomed (no cats, please — we're allergic!). We allow up to two dogs per booking, and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 per pet is due at the time of booking. This policy applies to service animals as well. Dogs must be friendly with other dogs and well-behaved.
Accessibility: As a historic home with stairs, our property is unfortunately not equipped to accommodate guests with mobility needs or wheelchairs. We can't wait to welcome you!

Amazing location in Bozeman! Walking distance to Main St. and shops. Plenty of room for our large group and communication with owner was fantastic. Would definitely stay again!
What a location, within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and a cozy spacious place to stay! We had 5 adults in our party, the basement and main floor gave us so much room, a bedroom each and two full baths, and a divine fenced in backyard that we only could take advantage of for a couple of hours given that we only stayed one night, we would have been out there every night if we stayed longer. Love the access to a fire pit. We hope to be back again someday, we’ll look for this listing if when we frequent the area again. :)
Great house for a large group in a great location.
Our stay was a fantastic fit for our group of eight attending a sporting event in Bozeman. The basement was fantastic for our female athletes with another kitchen in the baement for their breakfasts. The upstairs fit our other four just great. The upstairs had enough room for our group suppers. With the close proximity to downtown and the university it gave lots of walking options for our group. Awesome location and a great house with good options for a large group. We would definitely come and stay again.
This was the perfect house for our group of extended family to stay in Bozeman! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Comfortable and clean. Erin is friendly and knowledgeable - and we loved meeting puppy Junie!
