- Located minutes from the heart of downtown Bozeman, this 4.2 acre property offers private East Gallatin River access and is only 20 minutes to Bridger Bowl. The spacious 1 bedroom apartment offers everything you need during your Bozeman vacation and is conveniently located to everything. The open spacious floor plan has a vaulted ceiling and plenty of space for you and all your gear. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. This newly remodeled second floor apartment has a full kitchen stocked with the basics for your convenience. If enjoying a cocktail on the back deck while watching for our resident Eagle and other wildlife sounds enjoyable, you will love this property.
