About this property
Fantastic Modern "Green" Home In Downtown Bozeman.
Reg. #STR23-00029
Completely custom modern "green" home, architecturally designed with elegant fixtures and finishes. Multiple architectural award winner. OUTSTANDING LOCATION: 2 blocks from Beall Park, which I think is Bozeman's best neighborhood. Walk or ride not only to DOWNTOWN (shops, bars, restaurants, grocery) but also to the NE NEIGHBORHOOD (amazing bakery, great new coffee shop, brewery), the fairgrounds (farmers market) or the CANNERY DISTRICT (wood-fired pizza, speakeasy-style bar, distillery, kombucha bar, more), and MIDTOWN (ice cream, food truck courts, pho, cafe, Elm music venue). The absolute best of in-town living in Bozeman. MAIN LIVING: on the 2nd floor -- lets you live downtown but still above the street and neighboring houses. Mountain views, especially during winter, when the leaves are off the deciduous trees. KITCHEN: open to the dining and living areas; extra large gas cooktop; custom spice rack. MASTER: bedroom - king bed; 2 small closets. Master bath -- 2 shower heads with separate controls and custom glass tile; toilet in area separated by pocket door. 2ND BEDROOM -- on the ground floor with a king bed; bathroom adjacent with luxurious shower and custom everything. SLEEPING LOFT: accessed via a pivoting staircase (national award-winning small project!); double bed, twin bed, upholstered chair, and dresser. A very cozy space. 3 BALCONIES: off the kitchen, south-facing, and with a propane grill; off the living room, north-facing; and off the master bedroom, south-facing. BONUS for CYCLISTS or SKIERS: I'm a cyclist (road, gravel & mountain biking) and a skier (most often Nordic but also alpine and backcountry). I have lots of info for your cycling or skiing adventures and work stands and tools that you could use.

We were in Bozeman for our son's graduation. The property was perfect for our family and the location was ideal to be able to walk to main street. House was clean and well appointed.
Real nice layout of house, the five of us were quite comfortable, about a 10 minute walk to Main St. Host was quickly accessible if needed and accommodated our somewhat early arrival. Thanks for a very relaxed stay!
We enjoyed being able to walk to various restaurants and shops. Home was comfortable and enough space for 4 adult men. Communication was excellent. Enjoyable stay.
The house is very modern, clean, and beautiful. Jason was promptly available and helped make our experience the best. The architectural elements are very impressive and make this a unique experience. I would highly recommend!
This was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Bozeman! The house is great, super comfortable. We loved the location, walkable to Main St. and other downtown destinations, restaurants, bakeries, coffee, etc.! Jason is a great host, easy to communicate with. We hope to be back!
House was perfect for our family of 5 and our dog. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The fenced yard was great.
Location was walkable to everything.
Our host was great with communication.
Looking forward to staying again.
Quite likely the best short-term rental I’ve experienced. Great space. Great attention to detail. Great host communication. Would definitely book again.
The home provided a perfect ‘basecamp’ for our family of six during our visit to drop off our child at MSU. The home was well-appointed, well-stocked, comfortable, spacious, clean, walkable to town, and convenient to all that Bozeman offers. Jason was responsive and helpful.
House was very clean and well appointed great use of space with the loft bedroom...loved how no air freshers were used and products were all clean
Host was very responsive and helpful our sons are going to msu in fall and we will be back...only thing we missed was ac as it was warm!
I stayed at the property with my parents and adult sibling and we absolutely loved it! The space is beautifully designed and just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants of downtown Bozeman.
The 3rd bedroom is in a loft and requires a little manpower to pull down the staircase.
This was our second time staying at this wonderful property. We stayed four years ago when our son was a Freshman at MSU and we stayed again for his Graduation over the weekend. It did not disappoint. Jason continues to think of everything to make this property perfect. The location, unique architectural components and amenities are just a few of the highlights. You won’t be disappointed!
We went to visit my brother in law with my wife and her sister - this place was amazing. Great location close to downtown and a beautiful/spacious design. It exceeded our expectations and the communication was outstanding. The host was overly communicative to ensure we had a wonderful stay and accommodated any of our requests. Highly recommend!
The location was perfect. Easily walked with my family into town for dinner and coffee. The house was very comfortable. We really appreciated the radiant floor heating which is so much nicer than forced air. In the evenings we played games and watched movies by the fireplace. Great vacation!
We had 6 adults stay in this house for a wedding weekend and it was perfect! Jason was easy to communicate with and let us check in early. The house is beautiful and well taken care of. The location is also perfect! We were able to walk to local restaurants and shops nearby. There was also great parking for our rental car. The loft is great for 2 adults or children but would be difficult to fit 3 adults. We really enjoyed our stay!
Wonderful location and amenities. Jason was a great host and made sure our stay was what we expected. The beds are comfortable and the set up worked great for our family. The kitchen was just what we needed for our cooking needs. The third bedroom (accessed by stairs that need to be pulled down) access requires someone with strength. I was unable to pull them down, luckily I had people with me that could. But a great space and very cozy. We will definitely book this place again on our next visit.
Traveled in from out of state and had to make a last minute accommodation change. The owner responded quickly and was very helpful. The house was clean, well appointed and in a great location. We walked to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and shopping. Easy drive to Yellowstone and Big Sky. As a group of 4 adults, we were all very comfortable and pleased. Would definitely recommend for a great stay in Bozeman.
My family and I spent a few days kicking around Bozeman and the surrounding area, and Jason's home was the perfect basecamp for our adventures. The home is a short walk to Main St. and to the east side of town, both of which have great restaurants, cafes, breweries, etc. Jason has thoughtfully stocked most anything you could possibly need, and he was super communicative throughout our stay, providing helpful tips and recommendations. We have already recommended his place to friends, and we would definitely stay there again the next time we're in Bozeman.
I’ve stayed here many times in the past. We loved it! The location is perfect, and Jason is very responsive! The house is so interesting. Great sound system…just remember to open to bottom cabinet door on the left otherwise you’ll be wondering what is shaking with the bass…
House is also very well stocked. Lots of spices and pantry items. I HATE the salt dispenser…but we managed.
We Stayed in Bozeman for our sons graduation from MSU and chose the house based on location. The place was fabulous with a great layout. Jason was a pleasure to work with and in addition to making the check in and checkout process simple, he gave many great recommendations for local restaurants. The location of the property was wonderful - just about 4 blocks to the downtown area, 4 blocks to the brewery district which has a great bakery, sandwich shop and a couple of brewpubs and about 4 blocks to the Cannery district which has several restaurants. We would definitely stay again in the future!
We love Jasons place! We love to cook and dine in and Jason's place has everything you need to do this!
Also the location is perfect! You can walk to Pete's Hill and let the dogs go crazy. This area in Bozeman is our favorite because everything is walkable.
Lastly, Jason is awesome! He is everything that you would want and expect in an amazing host! Super responsive and knowledgeable of the area and community.
