The space
This beautifully designed 600-square-foot studio apartment is located above the owners’ garage, detached from the main house. Enjoy all of the modern comforts and conveniences it offers - making any length of stay a great one!
Inside you will find:

- A queen bed with a memory foam mattress
- Spacious closet and hangers
- Full-size washer and dryer
- Open and spacious bathroom with a tub and shower and heated floors
- Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided

Guest access
There is one dedicated off-street parking in the alley.
Easily check-in via the keypad. You will have access to the entire guesthouse apartment and the patio. It is on the second floor above our detached garage. You will not have access to the garage. There is a small, fenced-in area for you to let your dog out off-leash.
Other things to note
Our guesthouse is dog-friendly for a fee. We provide dog beds, bowls, and leashes upon request.
A park at the north end of N Willson allows off-leash play from 6-9 am. It also features a small sledding hill for children in winter. Sleds are available, and we can recommend larger hills for sledding or skiing.

Getting around

Downtown is a short walk or bike ride away. Getting around the rest of Bozeman and into the mountains is easiest by vehicle. While we do have Uber and Lyft, plus a free local bus service, you`ll likely want to get into the country to experience all of Montana`s beauty.

- Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
- No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.

Really nice place and great location. Well stocked, responsive hosts and friendly neighbors. The apartment was very clean and the floors are heated (a rare find)! Would definitely stay here again.
Our favorite place to stay in Bozeman! We love the style, the attention to detail, and the perfect location. Walking distance, in between Main Street and Wild Crumb bakery!!
My husband and I had a great home base while visiting our daughter and exploring Bozeman. We were able to walk and ride bikes to so many places, dinners out, shopping, Wild Criumb, Verge Theater! The studio was well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen, comfy bed and A/C. We’d love to stay here again!
This is a very easy, and lovely, space to stay. To have laundry and such a nice kitchen/ bath was wonderful. Everything felt very clean, except for the concrete floor - probably tough to mop really well.
The only change I would hope for is to put a curtain between the bedroom and living room area - this would help when traveling with small children and varied bedtimes.
As nice as this place is, I find it absurdly expensive after all fees etc.

I stayed with my daughter and my dad. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. It’s one big room and I thought the bedroom was seperate. It was fine for two nights.
The only negative was that early Sunday morning, someone was either working in the garage below the apartment or working out. It sounding like “pounding” on something. The unit was super cute and clean..I would stay again for sure!
The design and location of this studio loft are just perfect!
We stayed a long weekend and it had everything that we needed available. The washer/dryer were a fantastic bonus and especially with the offered detergents. All the offered amenities are kind touch that I really appreciate.
The yard is a small gravel area that was conveniently available for one of our dogs (the older princess one requires grass and the lovely park at the other end of the block. A short walk up the street is an ice cream shop and a bit further a brewery and food options. Fantastic communication with Tessa the owner before during and after our stay.
The bed is very comfortable. The couch is less so but we weren’t hanging out very long inside. The roomy deck was enjoyable in early mornings and cool evenings.
I highly recommend!
We absolutely loved staying here! Super unique and great location… Easy walking to Main Street. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The VRBO was very well stocked and communication with the host was amazing! Can’t say enough great things and we will definitely come back! Goodbye Bozeman for now!
Very cute, open floor plan guest house with deck and AC! Walking distance to downtown. We had a great time! Owner was very communicative and available in case we needed anything.
We had everything we needed! Well appointed and convenient to town. Our dogs were hesitant of the stairs but yoga mats were provided and it didn't take long for everyone to master the stairs!
This adorable ADU was perfect for our stay visiting our son and skiing Bridger. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners and was stocked with condiments. We would definitely come back. Thanks.
