The house was very clean, had a good set up and the beds and other furnishings were very comfortable. In that way, it was exactly what we were looking for. The house also has a very nice backyard and it is well appointed. Finally, the hosts were very good communicators. There is a train across the street that runs often, but we are heavy sleepers and it was not a problem. This would be a problem for some people, however. There are a few big items that all should know. First, while everything is relative, I would not suggest this house is "just outside of downtown Bozeman" as the hosts suggest. It is a good 15 minute drive from the middle of downtown with no traffic. The house is next to a few other homes on a very busy frontage road. Potential guest should know this frontage road does make entering and exiting the driveway of the home a bit of a challenge, due to traffic. The house and the yard are not fancy and the yard could use some work, but we were not looking for fancy. The outside door pad was tricky to use. Would I stay here again? Yes, if there were no better options. It's just okay.

Bozeman stay

Great location, very clean, and you can tell how much time and money they have put into the house. Wish we would have had some communication about the number of people staying in the house because when the number went down the cost for the extra people should have gone down too, but other than that it was a great stay!

FLY FISH TRIP

6 guys for a 3 day fly fishing trip. Very comfortable and super comfortable. Train noise and airplane is a bit noisy but no biggie.

Property was clean and had most kitchen necessities. The PIN number for the lock is a bit tricky, but we figured that out. Frontage road, interstate and train traffic is noisy. Garage ceiling is low, so was unable to park a truck inside. A/C window units in a couple of rooms. Was not too warm when we were there, so was not an issue.

Tepi was very good about communicating throughout our visit. We had plenty of space for a large family gathering. The family said they enjoyed there visit even though our reunion was for a family loss.

Everything was wonderful and as described. Perfect set up for our party of 8. Yes, the train is nearby and runs in the night but with the windows closed you really don't notice it. If you're a light sleeper just bring ear plugs. No biggie! Location is great and close to everything! Easy to get around. The deck is a wonderful place to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain air!

Comfortable and great location

Great place for a small group of friends to relax after skiing. Centrally located close to the airport with easy access to Bozeman, Bridger bowl, and hot springs.

MSU Grad week

Recently remodeled split level with a large back yard, deck and patio. Perfect for family gathering with a dog or two. Good location if you don't want to be downtown in the middle of traffic, but close enough to be convienient.

Graduation stay

The property was great. Close to the airport and only about 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman. Plenty of room for everyone. Bed were very comfortable. Only draw back was the train does pass across the street occasionally but not a deal breaker.

Very nice property!

This property is beautifully decorated and only about 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman. If you are traveling in the summer, please know there is no air conditioning. This may be a regional difference, but we were not expecting it to be so warm indoors.

1 week stay

House was very clean. Check in is right at 4pm, not earlier. Nice backyard to be able to play games and have a bonfire. We had an almost 2 year old and a 3 year old with us and the house was setup great to accommodate our kids. The trains and airplanes were very entertaining for our kids, too. The only negative were the uncomfortable metal chairs and barstools for sitting around the table to eat. Overall, a great time and good house to stay at.

Great home for Families in MT!

We really enjoyed this space outside of Bozeman. Perfect spot in the middle of downtown and the airport. The house was great for hosting large families - there were 8 of us. Next to the train but we didn’t really hear it much. Huge backyard for relaxing and playing games. Nice kitchen with all the amenities and comfy rooms/beds. Would have liked more A/C units as the house got hot during the day and nights. Everything else was great and Pamella was a communicative host. Would stay again!

Fantastic Find

Beautiful home to enjoy a quick trip that is conveniently located near the Bozeman airport and 10 minute or less to downtown area. I see that other reviews on this property talked about the train that comes by regular but it is not heard in the bedrooms, only in living room. Kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. Downtowns was perfect for our family to gather and having the large laundry room was a bonus for us. You can see the mountain peaks from the patio. Bring area for morning coffee! Would recommend this home if you want convenience to get to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants.

Great House!

Super nice house and very convenient location. The house fit my family of 5 really well with a living room upstairs and a media room in the basement. I gave the property a 4 on location simply because of a train that rumbles by a few times a day. Not overwhelming by any means but you'll notice it now and again. The backyard is huge and was great for yard games. We had a small get-together with some local friends and played corn hole, bocce ball, and frisbee with plenty of room to spare. Neighbors were very nice and waved every time we saw them. The hosts were fantastic - couldn't ask for better. Very responsive to questions, needs, etc. The house is definitely on our list of great options when we come back to Bozeman!

House poorly equipped. Not a comfortable chair to sit in on main level.

They listed a drip coffee maker but didn't provide the correct filters to be used in it. No washcloths provided and minimal number of bath towels The basement shower had a clogged drain which we had to clear out in order for it to be used. One roll of paper towel provided, no napkins or facial tissue. Beds were good!

Don't stay here in the summer.

We made the best of it because it was a family trip, but the property is misrepresented on the listing and poorly maintained. I had a hint of trouble to come when the hosts did not respond to e-mail or text message the week before our arrival. It is on a major frontage road and the train tracks are immediately adjacent to that. The temps were in the mid 90's and there was only one functioning room a/c unit for 2,200 sq. ft. even though the property was listed as "air conditioning". Due to the noise from the highway and trains, it was impossible to open the bedroom windows at night. Although our reservation was for 8 and the listing says it comfortably accommodates 6-8, there were only 4-6 dining chairs, plates, flatware, and glasses, and partial rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. The property mgr brought more the next day. Although he tried to rig the non-working a/c unit, that attempt was unsuccessful. He did bring additional fans. The washer, ice maker, toaster oven, and toaster did not function properly. There was a microwave sitting on the counter when we arrived indicating a known problem with the built-in microwave. I can't understand how you can have that many appliances with problems. The property outdoors was a mess with dead shrubs, cuttings that had been left in big piles in the yard, bags of mulch strewn around, and dirty socks left on the deck. The final straw was when the cleaners attempted to intimidate us into leaving 45 min. before stated checkout.
