We just stayed for a night to be close to Yellowstone. The room we booked was not available. The facility itself is very dated. The staff were very nice. But I probably wouldn’t stay again just because of how outdated the facility was.

Easy parking. Room was very clean. The only problem was there needs to be some fixes/updates. The entrance door to our room wouldn’t lock looks as if it had maybe been kicked in once. If you just pulled on the door the whole trim board would come off. Also when you open the front door then the other door leading into the hall way would rattle. Then when you wanted to open/close the bathroom door you had to push hard because it was hitting the toilet. A/C kept freezing up which was pretty annoying. Other than that the room was very clean, and the stuff was very nice and helpful.

Hotel room was clean. My room key didn't work on my second night, so after unloading my car and a long work day I had to wait to get a new one. Staff was very helpful. My room was missing the lock on the security arm.

3/5 Stars This stay was fine overall, though probably not one of my favorites from our trip. Check-in was a bit awkward. The hotel was clearly short-staffed, and getting assistance required calling the number posted at the unattended front desk and waiting for someone to arrive. Throughout the stay, I couldn't quite shake the feeling that my presence was more of a burden than anything else. Nobody was outright rude, but the hospitality just wasn't there for me. To be completely fair, I may have also let my own mood color my experience somewhat. The room itself was perfectly adequate. The bed was comfortable, the shower was fine, and the building had an interesting setup. Our room had two doors—one opening into the building and another directly outside—which gave it almost a "motel plus" feel. My wife particularly liked that setup. We didn't use the pool, but it looked perfectly fine. One unexpected bonus: the deli next door was absolutely fantastic. We loved having that right there. Nothing about the stay was particularly bad. The room did its job and we slept comfortably. The service just left the overall experience feeling a little underwhelming. 3/5.

Convenient and simple lodging near all that Livingston has to offer. No frills accomodations, but clean and the hotel staff was helpful.
