This beautiful 1.3 acres property with plenty of room for your kids to run around. 10 to 15 minutes drive to Port Sydney beach (our favourite), Bowyer' beach, muskoka falls beach, Long lake beach, Kirby beach, Mary beach. Santa village. breath taking high falls trails, 9 minutes away. Port Sydney falls, wilson trails, indian landing, bracebridge resource trails, Huckleberry rock lookout.
3 min to Atv trails and rentals, 5 to10min to snowmobile trails and rentals boat rentals. Ice fishing boat launch, golf course. 30min to hidden Valley resort for skiing and winter sports.
