- Welcome to The Anchor @ Lake Gaston - tucked away in a quiet cove, this retreat offers a cozy cabin feel just steps away from the water.
This 3 bedroom (1 king and a convertible sleeper chair, 1 queen and a bunk bed with 3 twin mattresses), 2 bath waterfront home is sitting on a wooded lot surrounded by beautiful trees and featuring private dock in the back (there is also a community dock with boat ramp just down the street).
Located in the town of Bracey just 10 minutes from i-85.
Please, kindly note the following when renting our beautiful home:
- Minimum renter age is 25
- No pets policy
- No smoking
- No large parties or events
2 single kayaks (with paddles and safety vests) are included in nightly rate and can be launched from private dock in the back of the property.
Corn hole, laser tag and pickleball games are also provided.
There are outdoor cameras for safety and security reasons.
Multi-week and monthly DISCOUNTS are available.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take all trash to the community trash and recycling center located three minutes from the house at 7724 State Route 903, Bracey, VA 23919.
Please, kindly set AC to 68 degrees in winter and 77 degrees in summer and turn off all lights before leaving the house.
Please strip the sheets from the beds that you have used and leave them on the floor in each room. Feel free to start a load of towels in the washer (this helps the housekeeping crew immensely!).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
