I would really give this 4.5 stars but the app doesn’t let you. Pros: VERY clean. Absolutely great location 5 minutes from Brackley Beach, 15 minutes from Rustico, 25 mins from downtown. And there is a new cute plaza with a coffee shop, oyster bar and other pop ups basically down the road. Quiet. It’s off the main road and situated pretty far from neighbors. Cons: it’s in a pretty buggy area since it’s on the bay and in a more secluded area. There is no where to sit outside that is protected by a screened in area. Some people might like this but mosquitos love me and my O-blood so it was a downside. It’s fairly expensive for a two bedroom given the following things I found were maintenance issues: paper thin walls between guest and primary bedroom, finicky guest shower faucet (challenging to get the hot water right), screen door to porch had large holes, broken dryer handle, no welcome packet with instructions on how to use trash, recycling, etc. I had lived in PEI before so kind of remembered things, but no one ever came to drop one off after it was mentioned. It sounds worse than it is. These were just minor inconveniences but based on the price - I shouldn’t have had to have alerted rental group about the issues to begin with IMO. I think most of these could be fixed pretty easily and would make future stays a delight for the next person. Maybe consider a screened in area on the upper porch or off the downstairs…
