Great stay for a family reunion!

We have reserved inns for our family reunion in the past. This was by far was our best stay. Here are the highlights: large well-equipped kitchen; large dining area for families; beautiful grounds with a stream, a pond, and frogs! nicely furnished bedrooms; watching shooting stars on the deck, and friendly responsive hosts!

Family wedding

We had a local wedding to attend and were very pleased with the inn. Check in was easy and we were greeted by the owners. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the outside sitting area as well. Overall is was a great place to stay for a weekend.

Big and cozy

Nice place overall. Stayed for a ski weekend with friends and lots of kids. We like the numerous bathrooms, large kitchen for group cooking, and the cozy fireplaces.

Graduation Weekend

The Inn is better than the pictures. Joe and Sally are amazing hosts. Plenty of room for everyone. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Fantastic all-around

Joe and Sally are great hosts! They keep the expansive property and grounds in great shape, but even more important, they are very warm and friendly hosts. They went above and beyond to make our large group feel very welcome. Will stay again and again! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Place

The Bradford Village Inn is a wonderful place. Myself, my sisters, our daughters and our grandchildren had great time! All was good and Joseph & Sally are great hosts! There was more than enough room for all of us - 11 adults and 7 children. The Inn was very clean and cozy. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

This is great for a large family with kids. Large rooms, each coming with bathroom. Large kitchen. Everything that a family with children might need. Great welcoming hosts. Everyone in our family loved it. Thank you Sally and Joseph!

Fantastic Place

We stayed there with family and friends and it was great. The rooms are spacious and the fact that each has its own bathroom is exceptional. The kitchen is large and super well equipped. The dinning room and deck (with medium-sized BBQ) can comfortably host 10-15 people at time. The hosts are amazing. We will definitely be coming back. What a gem!

Family reunion in small New Hamshire town

Sally and Joe went above and beyond to make our visit magical. They were very responsive to all our questions before and after our arrival. They graciously helped us locate grocery stores and local hiking places. The house is lovely, the village is quiet and charming. The hardware just down the road is well stocked. The kitchen in the house is very well equipped for cooking.

Wedding weekend

Several family members and friends stayed here to attend our daughters wedding. Ages ranging from 6 to 80. The rooms were all lovely with very comfortable beds. There was lots of room to spread out. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Would love to stay here again and have more time to relax and explore the area.

Excellent stay

Joe and Sally were amazing hosts. They were very flexible and accommodating. We are group of four families with young kids under age 7 and they had so much fun time as well as the adults. The terrace is great for outdoor cookout. The water creek in the backyard was a natural playground. The fire pit was in a distance and we had to bring chairs to that but we brought our camping chairs so it was just perfect! It was overall great stay!!

Amazing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Joseph's property. The place is spacious, yet cozy and tastefully decorated. All the amenities are available, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Joseph is accommodating and responsive throughout the whole booking and during the stay. He is flexible with the check-in and check-out to coordinate with other groups who were staying during the week. He can always be reached on the phone during the stay for any issue that arose, which there was none! Thank you so much Joseph, and I look forward to staying at the place next time!

Could not be happier!

We rented the entire Inn for family/wedding party for a weekend wedding at Pat's Peak. From the start, the hosts, Joseph & Sally, were responsive, professional, helpful & kind and that continued throughout our entire stay! The Inn is the picture perfect New England Inn and has the absolute charm and detail to go with it. Our hosts thought of every detail and the space and amenities were exactly what we needed to make the weekend perfect and complete! We had a few unexpected issues on our side on checkout day and Joseph & Sally were so gracious, understanding, and accommodating when we needed a later checkout. There is absolutely nothing but positive memories and appreciation for our stay at the Inn and the amazing owners!

Wonderful Family Get-Away

Communication with property managers before our stay was excellent. We booked this property for our family Christmas getaway and my 4 year old granddaughter wanted to know how Santa would find her and was there going to be a tree for Santa to place her gifts under. Joe & Sally (property managers) reassured us that there were 2 indoor trees and one on the porch for reindeer food to be placed. This is a beautiful Victorian home, on a very quiet road with plenty of back yard space for a game of two hand touch football. Rooms were decorated appropriately to home and little quaint spaces reminded me of my childhood at Grandmas house. 14 adults, 3 children under 4 and two dogs stayed here without any incidents or complaints. We have definitely found a beautiful getaway home in NH and will book again and again.
