Perfect for large-scale hosting, our expansive 10-bedroom manor comfortably sleeps your entire group with a layout designed for privacy, starting with the sleeping quarters. A versatile mix of 20+ beds and bedroom arrangements for all groups. We also offer "Privacy First" with almost every bedroom featuring its own attached bathroom. For our caterers, it includes a massive kitchen featuring commercial-capacity walk-in refrigeration and freezer space to easily accommodate large events and professional staff. A cozy family room anchored by a roaring fireplace, with three staircases throughout the home.

Shallowbrook is home to unmatched recreation & amenities. Whether you’re seeking high-energy competition or a poolside retreat, we offer a private resort experience. Starting with the lower level, we offer a massive recreational hub featuring pool, poker/cards, ping pong, and foosball. Exit the family room through sliding doors and take in the sparkling inground pool and a dedicated pool house stocked for summer fun. While in the poolhouse, grab your tennis racket and make your way to our professional-grade tennis and basketball courts, plus a volleyball net for friendly rivalry ;)
