The farm
I loved the farm. The host Caron Tucker is amazing. She left us some local ham and biscuits in the refrigerator. Delicious!!! We had such a good time, so peaceful. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit my family in Kentucky.

Wonderful getaway
We very much enjoyed our stay at the farm. The cottage is as described, very cozy and comfortable and the entire area is beautiful. We hope to visit again.

Beautiful property in the Fall
Beautiful and clean house. Left us a breakfast treat in the frig and gave us an extra night stay. It was so nice to celebrate our anniversary and visit local the distillaries. Thank you!

Perfect Get Away
The property and cottage were exactly as described! Everything was clean and the location is absolutely beautiful. We walked down to the trail to the river and the views off the back porch were breathtaking. Communication with the host was wonderful and the ham and biscuits in the fridge were delicious! We will definitely be back!!

Fun (and dog friendly) country property
We had a great trip with our teenagers and our 2 dogs. Loved being on a farm and giving the dogs plenty of room to roam and smell the smells. 😀 House was well stocked for plates/cups/pans/utensils. We enjoyed our stay!!

What a wonderful guest. Sophie left the cottage clean just the way she found it when she checked in. He dogs are very well behaved and love having them. Looking forward to your return when ever you are in the area.

KY Family Vacation
Loved staying at the Tuvker's house. Very peaceful, great.location to see and do a ton of things, and Caron could not have been nicer! Would love to go back there some time.

Serenity
We wanted a place to escape the ever noisier July 4th chaos. We are so pleased with our stay at the Country Cottage. The sounds of nature, sunsets and sunrises were way better than any fireworks. The Tucker farmland is stunning! Very lucky people to call that place home!

Something Very Special About This Place
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Caron's home! My 5 year old granddaughter kept saying that it was the best 3 days of her life! If you are looking for a place to find peace and get away from it all, this is where it's at. Caron met us upon arrival and she was very nice! She told us all about the farm and how the hay is baled up. It was very cool to watch especially since I never knew how that process worked. We made arrangements with her to feed the calves but when she said it was feeding time we were at the grocery store and we missed out. Totally on us. I was very happy that she would dont that for us.. The house is right on the road which at first was a concern but I think only 3 vehicles were on the road and 1 of them was us. We took a walk down to the creek which we all enjoyed! But what really make this property special is the quietness and peace it had to offer. At one point while everyone except for me was napping, I sat in the grass with my dog for 90 minutes and we just sat looking at the cows and pasture. Absolutely beautiful and calming! My dog felt the peace too for she just stared with me. A great weekend was had by all Thank! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and farm with us!

Great cottage in central Kentucky
We enjoyed the rural setting, watching the sun set over the knobs each night. Caron coordinated with us so our kids could help feed the calves one night which was the highlight for them. My husband’s highlight was a tour at Maker’s Mark (30 min away) plus enjoying taking to the chef at their critically-acclaimed restaurant. My highlight was exploring Bardstown, a 45 minute drive, with its charming downtown filled with quaint shops, historic buildings and a beer garden at Scout & Scholar to enjoy the afternoon sun. Something for everyone in this area.

Very quit get away in a nicely furnished 2 bedroom home. Plenty of room to spread out. The views of the surrounding farm and mountains were something we will be back for in the future.

Great home! Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a home in the country...about 10-15 minutes from shopping and groceries. Highly recommend if you want the quiet country living provides...my dogs loved the yard!

Quiet, restful stay
This was our second stay at this house. As before, everything was great. The house is very comfortable, the ac worked well (it was in the 90's that week) We enjoyed the country ham & biscuits! We'd highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting the Bourbon Trail. We especially enjoyed the book on the Cornbread Mafia, it was fascinating.

Peaceful and relaxing
This was our 3rd stay at this location. We love this area and the beautiful setting. The owners are wonderful to work with and even leave biscuits and country ham in the refrigerator. We will definitely be back!

Wow!
We so enjoyed this home! So clean, so comfortable, so quiet, so relaxing. Enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the birds and the cows and just viewing the farmland. The smell of fresh air was intoxicating. Absolutely would return here again.

Beautiful quiet peaceful
It was refreshing spending time at the property it has been some time since we lived on a farm with so many mama cows and calves. The view was never ending ground hogs were fun to watch in evening. Great property owners they were very kind and showed great hospitality.
