Braga no São João
Gostei muito da localização do apartamento, é muito moderno e funcional e fica numa zona sossegada, estando muito bem insonorizado. A equipa da Sé Apartamentos é muito simpática, profissional e dedicada.
O apartamento não tinha estendal para a roupa para estadias mais longas. Provavelmente a máquina de lavar roupa existente no apartamento também é de secar, o que eu não reparei.

Ótimo local, com boa relação custo X benefício.
O apartamento é muito bom, confortável e até bem equipado, considerando o tamanho. Há um pequeno quarto que não constava nas fotos e que tem grande serventia, principalmente, para quem está com crianças.
O banheiro é muito bom, bem arranjado, estava limpo e contém os itens básicos à higiene.
O ar condicionado funciona muito nem é atende à demanda.
Próximo ao apartamento havia vagas nas ruas adjacentes e não tivemos problemas com isto.
Vale a pena e pode ser que voltemos.
Algumas pequenas observações, como pontos de melhoria: neste período em que sli estávamos, o quarto apresentou cheiro forte de mofo. Colocamos o colchão na sala, pois nossa filha tem alergia. Sugiro que vejam a causa do mofo e resolvam o assunto.
Durante um período houve falta de energia, porém, estávamos fora de casa. Percebemos pois o relógio do forno ficou desregulado.
Há duas ou três tomadas da cozinha que parecem estar conectadas à iluminação ou com alguma ligação mal feita, o que não é adequado. Não funcionaram normalmente, sem as luzes estarem acesas, assim como a coifa. Sugiro que enviem um eletricista bom para resolver o tema.
Faltam panos de prato e de chão, uma fôrma para pizzas, potes e utensílios plásticos para guardar coisas na geladeira.
