Very well maintained resort with a sophisticated ambience. The staff members are very co-operative and well behaved. Room is excellent and equipped with all modern amenities. There are two restaurants in the resort, both serve awesome dishes. Overall it was an amazing stay at Swosti Premium Beach Resort.

The location was very good. But they need to focus on more cleaning. When I was checking out they asked me pay for the food which I didn’t order. My cab was waiting for me they were taking so long to figure out. I already paid for my bills . I just left the the hotel to take my flight.

The staff are super friendly we were greeted with a welcome drink and necklaces. The room was perfect with an ocean view. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the food at the Saltwater restaurant is amazing. Very tasty full of flavour we went a few times. We had drinks there too they were great as well. It was my sister’s birthday and they sent a whole cake to the room for her. We enjoyed high tea everyday. We enjoyed the games room we played table tennis we had access to Bluetooth speaker played our own music. Met some of the other guest and had a few laughs. We played fuse-ball and a few games as well. The pool area is beautiful and great views. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I found the service to be poor and the staff significantly undertrained. Specifically, I encountered cockroaches in the restaurant area, and when I brought this to the attention of your staff, they walked away without a word. Additionally, the shower door in my bathroom was broken. The level of service provided does not reflect the price paid. I strongly suggest that the hotel invests in proper staff training and property maintenance to address these hygiene and facility issues.
