Nestled & secluded on 4.3 acres of your own point with a canal that comes into the property from Gull Lake. the property has one large main log cabin w/ 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, vaulted ceilings,large great room, dining room, kitchen, 3 season porch, library/den, large wrap around deck overlooking canal & over a thousand feet of amazing sandy lakeshore on Steamboat Bay. Guest cabin w/ kitchen, porch, living room, 2 bedrooms & full bath. all one level living. With six bedrooms between the 2 cabins & a mix of king, queen, full, twin, and bunk beds, plus numerous couches, there is a spot for everyone. The city of East Gull only allots for 4 short term rentals per year & up to 29 days. You will never find another place like this. Truly a standout & a very special place. A rare opportunity & memories to be made.
