"When arrived shown room which was fine. I dropped the breakfast menu which went under bed, when i went to pick it up i looked under bed it was full of rubbish not just bits but packets& crisps. I reported it they were horrified We changed rooms which was fine After this is was wonderful. Breakfasts were grt "
