Built using local wood and stone, the house reflects a deep connection to the region. Both the owners and the local management grew up in Brand and know the valley by heart. This authenticity shapes the atmosphere of Brandnerhus – calm, honest and welcoming.



Amenities

This modern yet cozy alpine-style apartment offers space for up to four guests and is ideal for couples, families or friends.

It features two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and two shower bathrooms, ensuring privacy and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together and end the day around the dining table.

From the balcony, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Brandner mountain panorama – perfect for peaceful mornings or relaxed evenings. The comfortable seating area is ideal for reading, resting or simply enjoying the quiet.

The wellness area on the ground floor is a special highlight. A Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath offer relaxation after active days. A bright relaxation room with outdoor access and fresh, untreated Brandner spring water complete the experience. Massages are available on request.

A ski and outdoor drying room with boot warmers, as well as a ski and bike storage room, are available for guests.



Special features

For a delightful start to the day, a small farm shop with high-quality regional products is available in the house. The selection in the self-service refrigerators is complemented by a bookable bread roll service from a local master baker.

Brand is a unique year-round destination. In summer, guests enjoy hiking trails, alpine peaks, golf, riding, swimming lake, climbing park, bike park, alpine huts and the protected Lünersee. Winter offers a family-friendly ski area, cross-country trails, sled runs and winter hiking paths. Spring and late autumn stand for peace and relaxation.

Our home away from home

A very nice modern appartement. Quiet location and open views. We really did enjoy our stay. The kitchen could use some more cooking utensils, e.g large high frying pan, beerglasses, cups, etc. The waste room was not oké. All containers were full, and it was not clear what to put in which container.

Very new and clean property, even with the smell of the new property. Very good design in local Austrian style. Very good location , at the end of Brand, very calm, with good view on green area and mountain. Definitely will recommend . My coffee finished quickly, so I had to drive to another city (not available in Brand). I asked some questions about tennis club in Brand and received all answers (good work in chat), but such information could be in the property, as part of marketing materials (I.e info on tennis club, horse riding, golf club, local buses, etc). In the sauna I found Architectural magazine , where your property was listed among properties with good design - it could be part of marketing materials (I.e. everywhere but not hidden in the sauna downstairs ), since people like to be part of something special. I heard from sellers in local shops in Brand that your property is very new and opened only in 2023 - it should be part of marketing and such information should be accessible and visible inside the property.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Alles war sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Saunabereich war sehr schön, gut dass es Handtücher dort gab. Auch den Skiraum war perfekt. Alles sehr empfehlenswert. - Es gab keine Wassergläser (nur Weingläser), also haben wir geschrieben. Haben direkt eine Antwort bekommen, dass wir welche bekommen werden und sogar eine Flasche Wein als Entschuldigung. Ein Tag später war noch nichts da, also haben wir wieder geschrieben. Dann kam jemand mit Wassergläsern (und Weingläsern?) aber ohne Flasche Wein? - Die Eingangstür mit der Rampe (gut das es sowas gibt) ging wirklich schwer auf. Wir uns können gut vorstellen, dass es für jemanden mit Rollstuhl fast unmöglich ist so eine Tür zu öffnen. Auch mit ganzer Skiausrüstung ist es bereits schwierig. -Auf der Website stand explizit dass Badeschlappen vorhanden wären, also haben wir keine mitgenommen. Es gab aber keine, und bei Nachfrage war uns mitgeteilt worden dass es keine gibt. Hätten es gerne vorher gewusst, dann hätten wir welche mitgenommen.

Geen sleutels, alles met codes Onvoldoende wijnglazen, we hebben er 2 bijgekocht. Maar dit was het enigste.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Brand, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Lage direkt am Lift und auch zum Lünersee ist es nicht weit. Diverse Restaurants Fußläufig erreichbar die Wohnung war sehr schön und schlicht eingerichtet, Betten sehr bequem und eine super Aussicht von der Terrasse!
