We had a major concern about cigarette smell upon arrival host company was quickly responsive and just told us to open a window however we had the windows open for 2 hours with no luck so they "sent someone". Die Dusche war defekt und undicht – Duschen unmöglich. Küche verdreckt, Wasserkocher voller Kalk, Ofen innen stark verschmutzt, Kühlschrank vereist und unbenutzbar.
