The condo was nice, clean and generally well furnished. Patio bistro table and two chairs was the extent of furniture outside (which would be fine for winter rental but disappointing for summer use) and they were just aluminum with no cushions and the table top was wobbly. The TV in the great room had very limited streaming but we invested in a $20 ROKU stick and fixed that ourselves after the listing company was unable to assist. Interestingly the two bedroom TVs had lots of good options to download additional apps. The great room TV is an older Sharp brand and just not modern enough to have many app options. Unfortunately the day before checkout the fire suppression system (spinklers) spontaneously ruptured and flooded the unit. Lots of chaos with firemen pulling down some drywall to get to it, us rapidly getting our stuff out because it was no longer habitable and the firemen were concerned about electrical shock or fire because of the couple of inches of water in the great room plus it was still pouring out around the ceiling and sprinkler heads. The listing agent was courteous about refunding the final night we could not stay but it was still a rough end to a good trip. Not the owners fault though the agent and the fire department both said the same thing had happened in another unit previously. Regardless of the excitement, I would rent again in the Blackstone properties.
