"Lage, Sauberkeit, Zustand, Größe, Fahrstuhl, beheizter Skikeller. Wir waren bei den „hardfacts“ nur zufrieden. Beim Service könnten Sie einige Verbesserungen vornehmen. Wir haben zwar die Adresse erhalten, nicht aber die Zimmernummer. Auch auf dem Schlüssel stand keine Zimmermummer. Vor Ort kommte niemand helfen. Wir mussten also anrufen. Zum Glück ging jemand ran. Das hätte wesentlich einfacher laufen können. Hier stimmt der Ablauf noch nicht. Ansonsten wäre ein Tausch der Pfanne mal wieder...
