Upon checkin, there was a note under the duvet that read “these sheets are dirty”. A very disturbing note to read as I would expect all bedding to be washed after a guest has stayed in the room.

That is very disturbing, I apologize that happened to you! Our front desk staff would be more then willing to switch you rooms or hand you a new set of sheets upon request. We do change sheets every time a guest stays. I have no idea how this was missed.

The property is confusing if you haven’t been there, and is actually quite annoying. The AC appeared to be not working, the clerk on duty did not know how to operate it it, so he called for help. It’s a switch on the wall. Would never have known. Also they tell you not to use the ice for your cooler. Ok, what is the ice for, and I just paid 150$ on a room and can’t top my cooler with ice? Sorry, that’s a fail. Not happy with this motel!!!

I apologize that the hotel was a bit confusing for you to get around in. We have signage posted at the end of each corridor to try and make things a little easier for everyone. I am glad you got the AC figured out I apologize that our front desk was unable to help you with this we try our best to always have a maintenance guy on site. We apologize about you not being able to fill cooler with ice, unfortunately we only have the one ice machine for the whole hotel and it might leave other guests without ice until the machine can make more to keep up.

Good morning,We are sorry your stay didn't go as planned. Our hot tub will be up and running again today, we just had a minor issue that needed to be attended to. It did take the pool guys a couple days. As for chicken chef unfortunately the hotel doesn't control their hours of operation as they just rent the space. Hopefully with summer coming they will extend their hours.

It was advertised with Breakfast included. When I ask what time breakfast was ....I was told not included and needed to pay for it. I based my decision to stay at this hotel....based on it including breakfast....really feel taken advantage of.... false advertising comes to mind!

Pool waterslides looked like they haven't worked for months. Disappointing, would not have booked if this was known. Very noisy/loud hallways. Fridge was old and noisy. The overall neglect was very evident. Everything needs a major upgrade, windows,pool area, carpet just everything. Saving grace was the bedding/beds.

We were disappointed that the water slide and hot tub were not working. It seemed that they had not been working for quite some time. We were not aware of this until the day we checked in. We stayed two nights and did not receive any housekeeping on the second day. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and the beds were comfortable.

Good Morning,I apologize that you did not receive housekeeping service usually our housekeepers don't miss people unless their door is locked then they mark as a do not disturb. I will look further into this for you. As for the waterslide, yes its been down quite some time. The hot tub hasnt been, its usually only closed on Mondays for a full clean.

The beds were so comfy and cozy !! Great place to stay however the water slides have been out of commission for awhile So that should be noted when booking. The pics are misleading showing water slides:( Also very disappointing Is the fitness facility does not open unti 10am. That should be noted too Especially when checkout is 11 Overall though te rooms were very nice and clean . Very friendly staff

Informed at checkin the pool and hot tub were not in service. Heater was broken in room. A space heater was provided. Very thin walls and loud stomping til midnight and began again at 630 am.

Unfortunately Brandon is just full of potholes right now. I do see the city out there today fixing some. Hopefully it makes a difference. Driving down 18th street right now can be pretty scary at times.

I find it misleading when a hotel posts water slides as a major amenity on their outdoor signage and on websites and their facilities are out of order, their pictures are out of date... pool area looks not only outdated, but unsafe with unlevelled bricks, no mortar and pool is REALLY small! Extremely disappointing! I did like having bunk beds for my children!
