Lake View Condo

Weekend getaway

Beautiful place to stay. Super quite and easy go get to. Amazing views of lake Taneycomo just off the back. Kids playground just around the corner. Loved the layout.

Branson family getaway

The place was in a great location and worth the money. I didnt realize we couldn't use artificial bait to fish but if you are a trout fisherman, it is good spot.

So peaceful!

This condo is in the perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the screened deck with coffee, watching the early morning fog burn off above the lake, and listening to the sounds of the night. It was so relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. We are already talking about getting this same unit next time.

Overall great for our quick weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo on Lake Taneycomo. Lots of nature to see right off the back of the property. It's a bit of a drive back into the property to get to this condo but it was worth it for the view and quietness. There is only one door into the condo so in order to walk down to the lake you have to go out the front door and go around. Fishing is allowed but there are posted regulations. The distance of the pools from the condo is better to drive to than to try to walk to. The pools were very crowded the whole time we were there. We were barely able to find a seat by the pool. Once we saw the amount of condos that have to share the 2 pools, it didn't surprise us how crowded the pools were. The tiki bar by the pool had good drinks. We didn't have time to try the food. If you are used to sleeping in a dark room like we are, the blinds are not good for blocking out light. Especially in the front bedroom. The street light shined through brightly at night and made it hard to sleep. The pull out bed in the couch was sort of broken and leaned down in one corner. Our 10yo son slept on it by himself so he didn't really mind it being broken. We never could get the wifi to work right but we had good phone service while we were there so we didn't really need it. There are some things in the condo that could probably use some updates but it wasn't anything that bothered us bc we are pretty simple people. It all seemed pretty clean and that was what was most important to us.

Great vacatio

So close to the lake. I could watch my husband and kids fish from the screened in back room. Very clean, spacious and quiet. Only complaint we could find towels til the second day. But we did find them. Check in was a little confusing but check out was a breeze.

We would give this location 5 stars!! It was super clean, well furnished, and well maintained. The water view from the screened porch was our favorite! Trout fishing within walking distance. (Just be aware of the fishing rules.) It is within 20 minutes of anything we wanted to do in Branson. We would love to stay here again.

Awesome place for a family. Private neighborhood with great pool. Condo was clean and roomy. Very homely. Couldnt have gotten better value for the price. Just minutes from everything.

It was a little dirty then I thought the carpet was very dirty, bathrooms did not look very clean, the room smelt like smoke. And the downstairs neighbor was very rude.

It was a great property! Very clean. Everything you could want in the kitchen for cooking. When we first got there our door code didn’t work and maintenance had to come out to work on the lock and the WiFi never worked.

The location was wonderful and the condo overall exceeded our standards. The living room furniture was well used. The arms of the furniture could stand to be stuffed/ reupholstered. The carpet throughout the unit was stained and needed cleaning. Sinks and tubs were stained. Shower doors could use deep cleaning. The toilet in the master bathroom kept running and would not shut off. The views were wonderful and the lawn was exceptionally maintained. Very thankful that it was a non smoking condo. Overall the stay was good. Thank you.

Nice retreat

This condo was a nice place to stay. Its in a very busy neighborhood! Only one pool for hundreds of people. Guests & owners, cant believe they dont invest more in the grounds. Golf course is nice looking but not everyone plays golf! Need more to do. Its on a tributary of the lake, but it was up with all the rain.

Magnificent Stream View

The property is clean and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch watching the wildlife. It was serene and a break from the hustle and bustle that Branson often is. We felt safe and secure in this property. There is a guard on duty 24/7. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the bed in the owner's suite. That was a very minor set back. I would recommend this property, and the owners are very accommodating to your needs.

We loved the location and the cleanliness. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a little inconvenient to have check in at a completely different location, but once we got it figured out it was smooth sailing. Beautiful views and loved the screened in area. We were disappointed we couldn’t get late check out, but we understand that happens sometimes. The only other comment I have is that the showers were a little short. I am 5’9” and it was challenging for me. My husband is 6’4 so it was even harder for him to shower comfortably. Having said all of that, we would highly recommend this condo and would still book it again in the future.

Great weekend getaway!

Overall a great property and location. Our primary reason for being there was Lake Taneycomo and fishing. You can't ask for a better location for that. The unit itself was clean and functional. The units age is apparent but everything works and is kept in the best possible condition.

Saving grace was the screened porch overlooking the bucolic river. otherwise, this property needs MAJOR work and update. shag carpeting is dirty and discolored. fixtures dated and inadequate. sofa arm broken. 2 flower arrangements on bar are very dated. re maintenance: coffee maker didn't work (though maintenance man brought a substitute quickly), table lamps and porch lamps had burned out bulbs with no replacements we could find (we had to cannabalize lights from the chandelier which meant the DR became much darker)..... Maintenance should check these things before new customers move in! Not one box of Kleenex anywhere and NO toiletries (shampoo, conditioner) and no spare roll of tp for 4 adults. We would have cancelled after our first night had it not been for the glorious screened porch overlooking the river. This unit could be really nice if it were seriously updated, dirty carpet removed, a sturdy light/fan in the screened porch and conveniences stocked like in every other VRBO i've ever stayed in.

We will definitely return!

This is hands down the best building location in the entire Pointe Royale community. The condo was spacious and had all of the essentials we would need during our stay. It is dated, but clean and comfortable for sure. We booked all of our activities through this listing, simple help for process that saved us some money and time! All of our tickets were waiting for us at check in. Quiet location perfect for a relaxing visit. Could not have been more satisfied!

How to checkout instructions

I looked through all of my paperwork and emails and could not find checkout instructions. Maybe my bad but I really would have liked to have some outlined instructions via email prior to my trip-especially for laundry and dishes. I received a text - but my phone was turned off until I was about to leave on Sunday morning that stated that I was to text “checkout” when I left. I saw this text at 230 after a round of golf. Still enjoyed the pad and will do it again.

Taneycomo getaway

Property needs painted and floor squeaks. Suggest bath remodel. Nice, quiet location. Just love sitting out in the screened in porch next to the lake. So peaceful there. Enjoyed our stay.
