The Space:
Your condo is ground level but you must step down 6 stairs to get to the ground level unless you park on the side. Arrive with ease by parking right in front and taking a few steps down, or use the side entrance for a stair-free walk-in. Once inside, you’ll be greeted by the airy and sun-filled living room, complete with comfortable seating and easy access to the patio through sliding doors. Relax on super comfy seating, and take in the airy, spacious room, drenched with natural light and easily accessible to the patio through sliders.

Enjoy your favorite movies, shows, and sports on the large Smart TV. Access popular streaming services using your own log-ins, Or play supplied board and card games.

Steps away, prep and cook your best culinary creations in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals.

Grab your morning hot beverage from the coffee station with Keurig coffeemaker; you’ll find several sweet spots around the condo to sit and sip.

Dine inside or outside on the covered patio at the table for 4. Grill using the shared condo grill in back of condo building.
