Awesome Remodeled 2 Bd 2 Ba Lake Condo at the Majestic for 8!

Vacation with a view at this recently refreshed, true walk-in lakeside condo on the ground floor at The Majestic! This condo can accommodate up to 8 people and offers easy access, along with 2 parking spaces. Our guests will love the prime location, combining a quiet setting with easy access to Branson's entertainment, shopping, and restaurants, all within a 10-minute drive. If you're looking for lake fun, State Park Marina is just around the corner, and the Table Rock Dam is only 1 mile away, where you can also enjoy hiking and learn about the lake and local conservation at the Dewey Short Visitors Center!

The kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining, stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware, and upgraded with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy family meals at the large dining table in addition to the extra bar seating.

Relax in the living room and enjoy a family game night! We have provided some great extras such as a lift-top coffee table with storage where you will find a variety of board games, built-in USB ports, and a large Smart TV. Cable and Wi-Fi are available throughout the condo.

The sunroom is a cozy and inviting space that showcases an amazing view of Table Rock Lake and features three luxurious high-quality electric reclining chairs where you can relax and unwind. Additionally, there is a Smart TV for entertainment and a dedicated workstation equipped with a large monitor offering split-screen functionality for your work or leisure needs. This delightful space is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom, making it a convenient and versatile area for all your relaxation and entertainment needs.

Enjoy some sun and fresh air on the lovely patio that also offers a beautiful view of the lake and provides access to a shared yard. We have also included a couple of yard games for guests to use!

You will rest easy in the large master bedroom, with a King bed that includes under bed storage, a Smart TV, and built in USB ports for entertainment! Additionally, you can further unwind in the luxurious whirlpool jet tub located in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a Smart TV with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a Step-In Shower, which is shared with the common spaces in the condo. For extra sleeping options, there is a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a self-inflating queen air mattress available.

Guests will enjoy use of the seasonal outdoor pool, pool terrace and shared BBQ Grills. Discount tickets are available to our guests for a variety of area shows, attractions and Thousand Hills Golf!

Very nice

Property is as advertised - fresh and spacious. Very nice location also. Only minor downside was the check-in and check-out process which took place at office/clubhouse several miles away. However, believe that was a result of being a new listing and needing a physical key to enter and exit the unit.
