Beautiful Ground Floor Condo with Golf View at Holiday Hills

Enjoy your Branson vacation at our beautiful condo at Holiday Hills Golf Resort. Our spacious condo offers 1400 square feet with 2 bedrooms, each with their own bath. Both bedrooms have king size beds, plus we offer a queen sofa bed for additional children sleepers. Additionally, there is a twin rollaway bed that provides another option for a child. The master suite offers a spacious bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower. Our unit also features a full kitchen and a private patio, which offers you a beautiful view of hole #12 on the Holiday Hills Golf Course. This condo is in a safe, gated community, and it's ground level with no stairs. Simply walk-in from the building-front parking. Plus it's just across the road from the resort guest facilities and a very short walk to the outdoor pool.

Surrounded by the beauty of the Ozarks, Holiday Hills resort offers a PGA-certified 18-hole championship golf course, beautiful pools, tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, playgrounds and more. Also, an on-site restaurant, 'The Grille on The Green,' features everything from steaks to sandwiches.

This quiet location is away from traffic and noise, but is just minutes from all the shows and entertainment on Branson's 76 Country Blvd! Holiday Hills Resort is located on the east end of Hwy 76, near the historic downtown district and Branson Landing - about five minutes from the east end of the strip. Yet while our condo is away from strip traffic, it's still within easy driving distance to Silver Dollar City, White Water, all the shows, and Table Rock Lake. Whether you want to be near the fun and action, or just find a quiet Ozark getaway, our condo offers the perfect setting and location for your vacation!

Beautiful Condo

This was a fantastic place to stay. Location is very safe and quiet. We also liked that it was very close to everything but still felt like you were aways from the tourist area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot away from all of the traffic!

The locations quiet and allowed for relaxing away from all of the activities in town. It was conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown and the convention center. Condo was clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Enjoyed having a full sized refrigerator to keep beverages cold. Owners were super responsive to my call when we were in a tornado watch. Would definitely return and would recommend!

Great stay (twice)!

We stayed at this property twice this spring when we were in town for an event at the convention center. It was easy to get to and from there and avoid the Main Street traffic. The condo was clean and well suited. One thing to note if traveling with children, there is a door to the outside from the second bedroom. We weren’t comfortable with our children staying in that room so they took the primary room. Overall, this didn’t affect our 2 night stay much. We had one issue with the furnace our first stay and Lee was very responsive and the issue was resolved before we got back from our event. We would happily stay here again!

Spacious, Well Appointed Condo

We will stay here again, Easy to find. Gated community. Easy to enter. Away from traffic. It is beautiful and very nice. All things listed are there. The beds & couches, recliners are comfortable. The condo is spacious, comfortable. The patio faces the golf course.

The condo was beautifully decorated. It was absolutely spotless! The owners thought of everything. Communication with the owners was great. We had a couple of questions and he responded very quickly. Great location, a very short drive to downtown Branson. I can not say enough good things about the owners and their beautiful condo! We stayed with another couple and had plenty of room and privacy as well as great seating in the living room when we were togehter. We are already talking about going back and staying there again!

Perfect place to stay!

We recently stayed at this property during our trip to Branson and I’m so glad we found this listing! The property owner was very responsive to questions and the location was perfect. It’s a very short drive to the landing and other attractions, or you can catch a lyft or an uber with no problems. The condo was immaculate upon arrival and we loved and appreciated that everything was labeled. (Remotes, light switches on the wall, important information posted in the kitchen, etc) It also has a great view of the golf course. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay and would definitely recommend if you’re traveling to Branson. If we go back, we’ll definitely try to book here again!

Perfect getaway!

We needed someplace near the landing as our daughter was in a dance competition at the convention center. This condo worked out perfect for our family! We loved the layout and how spacious the rooms are. We found the space to be spotless upon arrival. Everything was exactly as described and Lee was such a great communicator, providing all the details needed. The resort facilities are nice as well! This resort is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, you name it! We would love to return. Thanks Lee!

Would Stay Again

We had a great stay at this condo. The layout was perfect for the four of us. Beds are very comfortable. The unit was in a peaceful setting. Other guests did not disturb us at all. There’s a beautiful view out the back door, and the place was clean and well stocked with kitchen & bathroom necessities. The owners have awesome communication. We loved the way everything in the condo was labeled and the detailed arrival instructions. We enjoyed our stay and we would love to visit again !

Large, bright, clean condo. Easy access, very close to Landing and downtown. Away from noise, but easy to access Walmart, of course, and strip. Plenty of towels, even towels for swimming. Rooms large, clean bathrooms and rollaway bed if needed. Will definitely stay again.
