MAIN FLOOR

The main floor has 2 master suites. The large kitchen is fully equipped for all your group and has plenty of dinnerware, cookware, and pantry space for those groceries. With double appliances ( 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, 2 sinks, and 2 dishwashers) and large dining tables, your group can easily prepare meals and eat together. The great room has a gas fireplace, sofa sleeper, and beautiful views of Table Rock Lake. The great room also boasts a 75″ flat screen smart TV. All of our TVS in the home will have its own HDMI wall outlet for computers and video games to be seen on the big screen. This way you don't have to mess with wires behind the TV. You can hook direct through the HDMI outlet. There is also a large back deck on this level to relax and enjoy a beverage while watching the sun set over the lake.

Each of the bedrooms in the home have a TV and ceiling fan. On each side of the beds are sconce lights with a floating shelf/cubby, outlets, and USB ports for charging your electronics.

UPPER LEVEL

The upper level has 3 master suites. When you stay in one of these suites, you get to step out on your own private balcony to enjoy some peace and quiet while drinking your morning coffee and relishing the gorgeous lake view, or relax after a busy day with a glass of wine and view a sunset over the lake. From here you'll want to take those vacation pictures to post on Facebook. One suite has its own back deck and the other two have a personal balcony, all with gorgeous lake views. Each of these rooms have a king bed and also a daybed with trundle to sleep up to four.

LOWER LEVEL

The lower level has 5 master suites and a family room with pool table, air hockey, video arcade with 60 games, and a sofa sleeper. There is also another 75″ TV and another fridge for snacks and cold drinks. Enjoy the private hot tub and fire pit on the lower back deck after a long day in Branson. You must be 16 years old to stay in the hot tub for longer periods of time as it is not safe for young children to be in it for longer than 10 minutes.

AMENITIES

In the summer, take advantage of the on-site community amenities which include outdoor and swimming pool, tanning deck, kiddie splash pad, and playground. Take advantage of the indoor heated swimming pool which is open year round. Great for those rainy days or when staying during the cooler parts of the year.

There is a quiet cove on the lake just about a 1/4 mile stroll from the house where you can fish or just skip rocks across the water.

BOATING ON THE LAKE

State Park marina is five minutes away where you can rent all kinds of water craft for an adventure on Table Rock Lake. Bringing your own boat? There is a public boat launch at Moonshine Beach.

PET FRIENDLY

Lakeview Retreat is pet friendly. The pet fee is $35 plus tax per night for each pet. Only dogs are allowed. Due to association rules, guests may bring up to two dogs, each weighing no more than 25 pounds, or one dog no more than 50 pounds. If you are bringing a furry family member, you must mention how many in your reservation request and I will send a payment request for the pet fee

DAMAGE WAIVER

The damage protection waiver covers accidental damage that is reported to the owner immediately. It does not cover intentional damage, damage due to guest neglect, or unreported damages by check out. Maximum coverage is $1500. Damages over $1500 will be the responsibility of guest.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit is a hold placed on your credit card and is not actually charged. The hold is released three days after departure as long as there is no damage above damage waiver limit, extra cleaning needed, or policy violations.

CANCELLATIONS

Guest receives 100.00% (less $500.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.

We recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

Great Home with a Fantastic View

We hosted a birthday weekend with family and friends. The house was big and everyone had plenty of space. Everything was great and the indoor pool for the kids was a blast. We will be visiting again sometime!

An amazing place for a large Famiky gathering!

Great home! Met all the needs of our large family gathering. Beautiful bedrooms great kitchen and super laundry. We all talked about how this property was the best we’d stayed in at Branson and we have been going annually for 30 years. Dave and June were a great help. Can’t wait to go again.

Amenities good. Plenty appliances. Could have been cleaner by the floors as anyone walking barefoot, turned their feet black. Property management offered to come clean the floors but we had 23 people and it would be hard to move everything to do so.

Perfect for large family gatherings

Everything about this stay was perfect. The only issue we had the entire week was that the hot tub ran out of chlorine and started getting cloudy. I notified Dave and it was fixed the next day. Dave is very responsive and easy to work with. We definitely plan to return next year.

Smith Girls 1st Cousins Trip!

This home is AMAZING and looks exactly like the photos! I wish we would’ve stayed for an entire week! The neighborhood is clean, peaceful and safe! We had no issues except I inspected the home when we arrived and took pictures of existing damage. I immediately called the number given and was referred to another number. I left a message informing them that I wanted to send pictures of damage I saw and I never received a call back. Other than that, everything was great! Would definitely stay here again!

50th anniversary

We celebrated our parents 50th anniversary at Lakeview retreat in Branson. I am one of six kids and there are 24 grandkids. We wanted somewhere we could all be together this place was perfect!! A lot of wonderful memories were made and this wonderful home was a big part of that.

This was the perfect house for our family ages 3-85. Multiple refrigerators were a big plus. We loved the deck with space for our group of 17 either dining, playing games,or lounging. The kiddos especially enjoyed the slide at pool!

This property is excellent for a large group. Kitchen is well equipped and beds super comfy. Great each bedroom has its own bath! Only suggestion is more seating room in living areas since two chairs and a small couch is not adequate for large group, especially if the weather doesn’t allow for many outside activities. Also cushioned chairs in dining area would be more comfy…otherwise a 10 property.

We enjoyed the unit! We has 18 adults every couple had their own room and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great 2 of everything appliances wise made for easy use. The patio was lovely! Our only suggestion is the living room needs a very large sectional sofa and several soft chairs. It only had a small sofa and 2 chairs.

Beautiful house overlooking the lake for the hosting of our children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and spouses. Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds in every room. Multiple stoves, refrigerators, and grills made family meals easy. Dave and June were easy to deal with and always available. Everyone had a great time and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

High School Reunion Group

We were very pleased with this beautiful vacation property. It was a clean modern facility with private king suites for everyone in our group. It is in a scenic location with lake views and easy access to the lake for various activities. The hosts were attentive to our needs. Family Reunion

The house is just as it is advertised. There were 17 of us ages from 2 to 84 and it was more than adequate for all of us. We all had our own bedrooms and the beds were to die for. I don't know what kind of mattress they provide but once you got in you didn't want to get out. Sooo cushy! We had a great time. We did a lot of cooking and played a lot of games but also went to some of the attractions and shows. For anyone with a large family I would highly recommend staying here.

Great for large families!

Very nice property with really well thoughtful accommodations for families! King suites & trundle beds allowed us to have cousins sleepover’s & such special times together. The outdoor decks are wonderful spaces for the whole family to enjoy the view & sunsets over the lake. One of the best unexpected benefits is the private drive, allowing kids to play without worrying about the streets or traffic & just a short walk to pools & play ground! We would definitely stay here again. ^I would note that the house is showing some wear & tear, most of it due to irresponsible guests. ^If you are planning to cook all your meals, you won’t be too happy with the electric ranges & if I had a recommendation, it would be to upgrade & replace those with gas. ^note: you can’t see most of the July 4th fireworks from this location.

Army MP Reunion

Our stay at this Beautiful House was wonderful. The house was very clean, easy to find, bed was comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed. Planning on doing this reunion next year, hoping we can get the same house.
