The Space:

The living room is adjacent to the kitchen allowing direct sightlines across the main floor. The living room has ample seating and a smart TV. The couch doubles as a sleeper if needed.



A sweet bonus of this home is the enclosed sunroom with lounge furniture, a dining table, and an incredible view of the fairway and a running brook. This space is ideal for dining al fresco, reading a book, or having a good old-fashioned family game night.



The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to whip up delicious meals from home. Additional kitchenware such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are all available for your convenience. The extended counter allows for additional prep space or an ideal area to serve up some drinks and Hors d'oeuvres and let your fellow guests gather. Steps away, more formal dining can be enjoyed at a dining table for 6.



The home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably between 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 Queen sofa sleepers in the living room and Sun Room.

Each room is equipped with King-sized beds and attached en-suites. The rooms also highlight vaulted ceilings, TVs, and luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

Nice place, great hosts

We stayed here as a group of 10 (6 of those being children!) and enjoyed our time! The space was set up well and all accommodations were comfortable. Quiet area with easy access to town and a beautiful view out the sunroom windows! Nice neighbors as well.

Great Condo

Loved the condo. Great location right on the golf course. Decorated with a Christmas tree and soft music on when we came in! They do need to clean the carpets though, many stains.

Annual family trip to Branson

This was a very comfortable and spacious condo located in a very convenient area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The managers were quick to respond to a question I had. The price was reasonable and I would love to stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable convenient place to stay!

First Visit to Branson

Excellent location - close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. All in all was very clean, but there were a few missing slats on the mini-blinds and some stains on the carpet. However, that did not diminish the overall stay which was comfortable and a good value. The room had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

We love this place, but

This is our third time staying at this place. We love everything about it - location & layout! We can’t believe how bad the carpet looks vs a year ago! Also, just about every window blind is missing several panels. It just needs some TLC to make this place great again!

Great setup for our girls weekend. Communication was great, checkin and out was easy, location was convenient. The only complaint we had was the carpet and cleanliness. The carpet was very stained and dirty. This probably contributed to the feeling that the overall cleanliness was not good. We still had a good stay.

Nice clean condo. Great location on the golf course. The guys were very entertained watching the golfers coming by. Masterbath was very challenging. The shower was in a large jacuzzi tub with a wide surround with glass and very hard to get in and out.

Girl’s Trip

Amazing property! Everyone had their own comfortable private space for sleeping and getting ready. We made several meals and had all the cooking utensils we needed. Condo was close to the Branson attractions. Communication was excellent. We never needed anything but I received text checking in and providing direct numbers if I had any questions or needs. I highly recommend renting this property and will book it again when we go back to Branson.

Great Location

Beautiful view, carpet dirty. After i spent an hour cleaning (just water and rag), it looked like what we expected to see when we arrived. Cleaning crew never attempted to clean spots!! Vacuum was full to brim …has never been emptied!!

Carpet replacement

Nice layout. However, other guests have badly stained the carpet. The filthy carpet takes away from the nice layout. The temperature was quite warm and we could not seem to get the condo cool.Instructions for the thermostat would have been helpful. The porch is an asset for this property. The location is perfect. Other than temperature and carpet it is a nice property.

We did enjoy our stay. Rooms were very clean and neatly made up. Although - Rugs though out the condo was stained and filthy. Light in front bathroom was burnt-out, plug in sink didn't. Fan/light in sunroom didn't work. All other places we have rented would have napkins, baggies, foil, saranwrap etc. Enjoyed some of the verity of games there. All in all did have a good time.

Nice Location and golf course view

Pros: The unit was in a good location and offered a nice view of the golf course. Music playing thru unit as we arrived the first day is nice. AC cooled well and rooms had comfy beds. Dining room had nice sized table for playing games. Lots of nearby shows, restaurants and shops. Great for walking along the cart path. Vintage Golf video arcade game in the sunroom was enjoyed by the 3 men. Cons: White carpets and interior front door mat were dirty and stained. According to previous reviews the carpet stains have been mentioned for years. Blinds on all windows are missing many vertical slats. We didn’t know how to change the AC temperature, instructions may have helped us. It was obvious the cleaning team did not do a thorough cleaning before we arrived, but we addressed the specific issues privately with the host.
