Summary:
Enjoy the perfect view and location of this studio apartment located in Historic Downtown Branson. Walking distance to The Landing, The Convention Center, many local shops, restaurants and attractions. There is also a trolley (Ride Sparky) that runs throughout the day and early evening with many pick-up and drop-off locations. (2 locations are near us).

The Space:
Downtown by the landing where all the action is at. A view worth 1000 words, and easy walking and biking distance to all the downtown attractions. The trolley picks up on its last stop right across the street from you. We suggest if you are new to the area to hop on, it's free, and discover many of the areas hidden treasures.

Guest Access:


Guests will have full use of laundry services and parking on the premises.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Historic Downtown Branson within walking distance of the Branson landing and many other local shops, restaurants and attractions.

Getting Around:
Walking distance to many local shops, restaurants and attractions. Free trolley - Ride Sparky (various pick-up and drop-off locations around our apartment.)

Other Things to Note:
Outside building and landscaping are under remodeling construction. Construction hours are from 8 AM - 5PM.

Pets are allowed under 50lbs. $75 pet fee will be added
1. Please crate pets when left alone
2. Please keep pets off the furniture
3. Please pick up pet poo and dispose
4. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to guest

There is construction on site. It should not hinder your stay but we want you to be aware of it.

Studio apartment sleeps 2 with possibility of 3. There is a queen bed and futon available in the apartment.

A Quick Walk from the Landing

We enjoyed our stay so much at this little VRBO. The apartment is as described. Had a coffee/tea maker, sink, mini-electric stove, full size refrigerator, futon, privacy blinds or windows open. It was perfect for the two of us. We had never explored the Branson Landing before and it's only 2 blocks away. We walked there in no time and enjoyed our stay immensely. Recommend!

We got to play with Lemurs!

Very clean and perfectly located for our needs. Property was very quiet and parking was right outside the room. We had a great time! Never could get the TV to connect to WiFi in order to use streaming but we didn’t mind much. Also would have liked a small chest with drawers for clothes.

Close to the Landing

The property manager was very friendly and helpful. Apt 1C was was clean and odor free. Parking was limited due to construction, but closely available. The bed mattress was really the only complaint, with no support (both people rolled to the center) made sleeping very difficult.

Decent

The unit is smaller than most VRBOs but was decent enough for my husband and I. The parking was not the greatest. Glad it wasn’t any busier or we wouldn’t have had a place to park when getting back from a late concert. Housekeeping could use a bit of work but wasn’t horrible. The owner did reply very quickly and was helpful. Overall, I would stay again but do feel like it was just slightly overpriced.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Received clear instructions for check in. Great communication. Only concern was with TV and had very quick response and Hanna worked quickly to resolve problem. Location was great Only c/o was size of shower but with price we paid would not stop us from staying again. Thank you for great stay.

Good for the price

Parking was not easy. First night we had to park on the street after circling the property twice. The Branson PD who were there on a call were extremely nice and helpful. The mattress was horrible and did not make for restful nights. With two people in the studio apartment, it was a very tight fit. However, the proximity to where we needed to be was good and within walking distance of the convention center and landing.

Just what we needed!

We were looking for something close to Branson Landing but not right in the middle of everything. We stayed in apartment C1 and it was perfect for us. We knew we didn’t need anything big but wanted something clean and comfortable and this property was just what we needed! We will definitely stay again.

Studio apartment

It was conveniently located to the Convention Center and downtown shops (we walked to both). The parking was a little tight due to construction materials and large dumpster, but we made it work. We basically needed a comfortable place to sleep that was convenient to the event we were attending and this worked out great! Thank for hosting us!

Weekend get away

Great location. Short walk to the Branson Landing and all the shops. Property is being remodeled, so it’s a little messy because of that. But, the property is really cute and the apt was clean.
