ASK ABOUT STAY AND PLAY GOLF PACKAGE. Updated luxury condo. Updates include tiled, walk-in shower in master en-suite. Granite countertops, dishwasher, range with oven, and cabinets adorn kitchen. New large washer/dryer. New tiiled walk-in shower and matching sink and counter top in upstairs bath.New carpet in master bedroom. Rest has new Luxury Vinyl Tile floor, Updated lighting and paint throughout.

Peak Season Discounted rates for extended stays starting at just 6 nights. Rates for other seasons are already adjusted.

Enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Taneycomo from your screened in porch or take a stroll along the lake right behind your condo in this peaceful setting. Try your hand at catching a lunker Brown Trout in this premier fishery.

GOLF: Ask about out Stay and Play Golf Package. The clubhouse and championship golf course is just a short walk up the hill. Golf Digest in January, 2010 named this 18-hole Pointe Royale course one of the top 5 "best, new redesigned courses that can be played for under $70".

Also at the clubhouse, enjoy the pro-shop, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, exercise room, and restaurant.

For top entertainment, our condo is only 5 minutes from Branson's famous "76 Music Blvd". This gives you easy access to all of Branson's shows, grocery stores, dining, and outlet shopping. Silver Dollar City is only a little farther via another road with less traffic.

Summer rates are peak season (May 1 - August 31). THE NIGHTLY RATE VARIES depending upon length of stay and time of year. Most of Branson's entertainment starts in March and ends with incomparable Christmas entertainment from November 1 until early January. Trout fishing on the lake is best in the winter and shop any time of the year.

This condo is a second floor unit with no elevator. There is a premium pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. High speed, secured WiFi/internet access is provided free of charge.
For a low cost getaway, TRY A WINTER ESCAPE to Branson. There are interactive museums, the new aquarium and restaurants and shopping. Also, enjoy the lakes or fish behind the condo from land. The heated indoor pool and outdoor hot tub are open and there is pickleball and golf. Some shows have limited engagements during January or February. Best of all, there are no crowds.

Great hosts, great condo and great location. Slept 7 adults with comfort, plenty of room for relaxing and lounging. Quiet location but not far from all the attractions. Overall a very nice stay, we will be returning.

Great location and great condo!

Loved staying here, pretty view, plenty of space. Clean, quiet area with a clubhouse and gated entrance. My family and I loved it! Would definitely come back! Owners were easy to communicate with. Great location as well, short drive to a grocery store, miniature golf and Silber Dollar City.

Perfect place to stay in Branson!

The place was exactly as described. 3bed/3bath made it very comfortable for our family, with plenty of room to hangout and cook so we didn't have to eat out every meal. Great location next to the river and golf course especially if you want to take a stroll and a short drive to just about everything in Branson. Definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect location!

Wonderful Retreat

The condo was lovely...well equipped and comfortable! The location was perfect! My husband enjoyed time fishing, while I photographed the area. Amazing location for our family vacation

We had 3 generations with us on vacation as we took our daughter and her family. The kids loved the little park and the indoor pool. My husband really enjoyed being right on Lake Taneycomo, watching the fishermen and enjoying the scenery. The Condo had plenty of room, and we certainly enjoyed the screened in back deck for morning coffee. We will definitely be back.

Family gathering

All of our kids and grandkids met with us in Branson. Our son has a timeshare there, and one daughter has a vacation home there. We stayed in the Gibb condo with two of our daughters and our granddaughter. And the evenings we all gathered in the condo that we had rented. It was perfect for our needs! Great condo with spectacular views

Loved this easy to find , clean property with nearby fishing at the lake , walking trail , grill on the patio near the playground. Three bed, three bath with screened in porch was perfect for our family. Stocked kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were fantastic. Comfortable beds and living room with ceiling fans were great for cooling off. Overall great stay , putting it at the top of our list to return !

Great Getaway

This condo was perfect for our family of six. The condo was very clean and spacious. The location was very quiet with a beautiful view of the lake. It was very relaxing to sit out on the porch and watch the water. We also enjoyed the pool very much. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. Wonderful location by the lake

Condo was just as described overlooking the lake. It is at the back of the property, quiet and serene. It was perfect. The condo is newly renovated, decorated nicely, beds are comfortable and all needs have been anticipated. We loved staying here. The Gibbs were very quick to respond to our messages when we had questions. The location is great, quick drive to where we needed to go...shows, Walmart, Hollister, Hungry Hunter😋😁. We would def stay here again!

Serenity by the water

It was a quick girls trip for some relaxing and Branson shows. We were not disappointed. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee. The trees were starting to change color and were gorgeous! We saw Six and the Haygoods, which were excellent shows- highly recommend !! Only complaint is there was not a single cup coffeemaker as listing stated. Do not bring k-cups: they did provide ground coffee.

Framily birthday celebration

My framily from Iowa with two boys 7 and 12 met me there to celebrate my 60th birthday. It was there 1st trip to the Branson area and the condo could not have been better. I enjoyed coffee early every morning on the deck overlooking Lake Taneycomo, they fished, we hiked the 1 mile trailhead loop that goes off the edge of the parking lot along the lake, and it was 5 minutes to Moonshine Beach to swim and kayak at Table Rock below Chateau. We did Lambert’s, Bass Pro, Shepherd of the Hills dinner and outdoor drama on Saturday, Silver Dollar City on Sunday, swim, kayak, and White Water on Monday topping it off with a great birthday dinner at Cafe Laredo on Branson Landing. On our last day Tuesday, we went to Fantastic Caverns and then to the new Bucee’s for lunch before parting ways to drive home. Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful quiet condo!

Sweet owners but needs some better upkeep

Family friendly, restaurant was great. Nice but needs update! Pool cool. The outside was dirty walking up. The property is at the bottom of the hill so u need to walk up to the clubhouse. Owners sent a tv and coffee pot when they found they weren’t working. They were great! The mattresses need updated. Squeeky bed🤓 old vacuum, not many cleaning supplies, washer and dryer took forever. The things that said were stocked like toilet paper and wpaper towels trash bags were not stocked. No biggie. I thought being on the lake, the kids would love to go out and play in it all the time, but the water was so cold cold.
