Great Private Villa with ideal Branson Location

You’ll fall in love with this family owned peaceful spa-like retreat with a beautiful gathering area, 65 inch smart TV with soundbar, dining table for 10, (count our chairs compared to others) with access to the beautiful pool with wading pool for the little ones, top rated golf course, restaurant, shopping, and more! Our furniture and bedding is updated and fresh. We have a pack and play and high chair available upon request. DVD’s, books, and games are yours to use. You won’t run out of towels or toilet paper here! Past guests comment on how well our villa is stocked! We strive to keep our perfect 5 star reviews!

In addition to an awesome location, there are 2 playgrounds, ball diamonds and soccer fields across the street at Branson’s Rec Plex. They offer indoor pickle ball and extensive work out equipment and indoor walking track. Of course there is a outdoor walking track as well!

We are unbelievably close to shopping of all kinds and restaurants, yet you wouldn’t know it by the peaceful and private location.

The Fairway Getaway is family owned and operated. We see to every detail to make this villa comfortable, clean, and well stocked. If we don’t have it, we’ll get it for you! Our villa is cleaned by family members, not some company that could care less about the property.

Our laundry is at the end of the hall with an overhead light. There you’ll also find pool toys, cooler and picnic basket.

Our back porch has enough seating for all our guests. The gas grill comes with propane and is ready to be fired up.

We have added a live slab snack bar that is a huge hit! It is the best spot to enjoy a drink, work on your computer, or for the kids to sit and play. There are unobstructed views to the TV while you are working in the fully stocked kitchen. No matter where you are in this condo, you’ll love it! We hear there have been some fights over who gets to sit in our chaise lounge!

If you are looking for a place to unwind after taking in all Branson has to offer, you’ve come to the right place. The location was great. It was close to all of the activities we planned to do. The house and location were better than advertised, so we were pleasantly surprised. It was very spacious and welcoming for all our family. We will definitely book this house again on our next trip to Branson MO.

We had a sibling get-away and we all agreed that the accommodations were fantastic. We appreciated all of the "extras" including multiple types of dishes, spices, etc. We also liked that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The large dining table was also great! We would stay there again!

We are 4 couples that like to spend time in Branson together a couple of times a year when possible and we always make sure this house is available for us. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. The property is clean well stocked and beautiful. Location is great. The owner is very accommodating.

Family Vacation

The owner was great at communicating and the house was wonderful! It was extremely clean and the kitchen was the best stocked of anywhere we have stayed. The neighborhood was clean, kept and very quiet. If possible we will definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

The property was perfect for a week vacation, and with four bedrooms we had plenty of room to spread out. It was well cleaned and stocked with essentials, and very centrally located. Very quiet and relaxing. Jason was a fantastic host, very communicative and responsive.

We really enjoy staying at the Fairway Getaway. This was the 2nd or 3rd time there and it's a nice, quiet place that is close enough to the main attractions of the area while still being off the main drag. We really love it there.

Perfect weekend get away

This home was a perfect get away for our family. Each room having their own bathroom space worked great for a family with kids. All of the necessities were available for us to use and It was very clean and tidy. We will definitely remember this in the future!

Excellent accommodations!

The property was extremely clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and anything and everything we could have needed or wanted. There was plenty of seating and spaces to visit inside and on the back deck. Relatives from Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Missouri, and Arizona met for a reunion, and all participants felt the Villa was very accommodating.
