The space
Inside, you’ll find a king bedroom with a Smart TV and private bathroom access. The open living room invites relaxation with a reclining leather sofa and 70” Smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen (with both drip coffee maker and Keurig) makes dining in a breeze. An included queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space if needed.
Convenience is key—this condo is located on the second floor, and guests can use the building’s elevator for easy access. Coin-operated laundry is also available on the same floor for your use during longer stays.

Sleeping Spaces
The condo sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. The king bedroom offers plush bedding and private bath access, while the family room includes a sleeper sofa with linens provided for extra guests.
Your stay includes a $30 resort fee, which gives you full access to:
- Indoor Pool & Fitness Center – Enjoy year-round wellness and relaxation.
- Seasonal Outdoor Pool – Perfect for soaking up the sun.
- Playground – A great space for little ones to burn off energy.
- Private Boat Dock – Ideal for fishing or simply enjoying the water.
To ensure a smooth and secure experience, Roark Creek Resort has a required check-in process for all guests.
Upon arrival, guests are required to check in at the Fitness Center to receive a parking pass (must be displayed in the vehicle window) and finalize registration for resort access. The Fitness is located on the right as you pull into the resort.
Fitness Center Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 5 AM – 10 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8 AM – 9 PM
If you arrive after hours, you're welcome to settle into your unit, but you’ll need to return to the Fitness Center the next morning to complete check-in and pick up your parking pass. This process helps us maintain a safe and well-managed property.
All guest vehicles must display the official parking pass with the correct dates of stay. This is required for property access and helps us ensure a safe environment for everyone.
